So my experience was short and not very Sweet. I had a large order and I needed to pick it up through the drive through since I had a child in a car seat and the drive through would make it convenient. Little did I know that apparently For a large order, You have to go in and pick it up. So I was rudely told that I must drive out of the drive through lane and pick up the order inside. Although there was no apparent sign or Information online. Being the only one at the store at this specific time. I decided to reverse my vehicle into a space near the drive through area, With enough space for a vehicle to drive up to the window. I proceeded to go inside and pick up my order As I was completing my order, the clerk made a sarcastic and rude comment about where I had decided to park not knowing that I had a child in a car seat and needed both hands for my order, with easy access to get into the vehicle. I understand 10 minutes or even 15 minutes before close but not an hour. The girl was very nice though however getting upset nearly an hour before close. I am in food service and would never consider being upset an hour before close. This place needs to do better.
Update: OK we need to be able to negative reviews at this point. Came again twice and today well before 8pm. First they told me there would be a hold on an order, then they informed me they didn't have anything to make my order. Seriously what is going on here? How many restaurants would still be in business of they worked like this?
