So the low score isn't for the store itself. It's for the company as a whole. The staff at this particular store were very helpful, nice, welcoming, and didn't follow us everywhere. So that experience we appreciated. However, this furniture is craaaaaaaaaap! After getting our couch it broke in four different places in three months!!! I wish this was an exaggeration. We didn't get warranty coverage because we have 5 dogs and honestly thought that the dogs would have ruined it before the couch fell apart. Oh how wrong we were. You HAVE TO GET WARRANTY COVERAGE if you buy furniture from them. If there is no warranty coverage, they won't take the furniture back. We lived with our broken couch for a year before replacing it (DID NOT buy replacement couch from them). Upon closer inspection of the couch we tossed, it was made out of very cheap and weak wood. Everything was STAPLED together. Under the bottom seat cushions was a thin material holding it up, it tore after about five months. My husband had to put a wooden board underneath to provide support to keep us from sinking in.

Furniture buying was low pressure with quality service, which is difficult to achieve. Sara was great to work with and we were able to find the sofa that fit perfectly in my space. I did have some complications with delivery due to my sofa being very large and difficult to maneuver in the doorways. The delivery guys are not concerned with scratching up my door or scratching up my sofa. Fortunately was minor issues that occurred, but I am going to have to paint the doorway and I had to cover up the scratches on the front of my brand new sofa. I paid the premium for delivery and your delivery drivers should have the patience and a plan for how to carefully get furniture into a space even if it's a difficult tight squeeze space. Also, when a sofa is as big and heavy as the sofa is that I purchased maybe there needs to be three people when it's delivered instead of just two. Samia was fantastic to work with! After describing what I wanted, she sent me to the right place in the store. She provided measurements of the bedroom set and gave me options on availability timeframes, prices (new versus the floor model)…. I got a terrific deal, and the type of mattresses that were available based upon what I think my mom would want. She offered a package that included a waterproof mattress pad that guarantees that the 10-year mattress warranty would be honored, two “Purple pillows and 3-month mattress exchange policy, and all for a very reasonable price. She ensured that the bedroom set would be delivered in a my very restrictive timeframe that ensures my mother’s bedroom would be set up at Wheatfields Estates prior to her arrival.
