This is by far my favorite gamestop store. There are no words to describe and extend credit deserved to these employees. Samantha gamestop store manager at this location, has trained her staff to be above and beyond customers expectation. Every single employee is extremely knowledgable and readily available to answer any and all questions . All customers are immediately greeted the minute they enter gamestop. It has been my pleasure to be a repeat customer for years. Customer service is exceptional.! Anissa, Omar, miguel, samantha will go the extra mile to find or order a game not in stock. Their smiles laughter make you feel so comfortable. My grandson is autistic. This is his favorite store. The minute he walks into gamestop. Samantha , anissa, Omar greet him by his name.! Read moreMy sos waited 2 hours and were first in line for Pokemon cards, when they went to buy one each, the person at the cashier (katia) said they needed a membership for Pokemon cards. Because she assumed 2 each because they wanted two. They were two people, so they got out of line feeling defeated because even the number they have with their regular membership wasn’t working. That was not their fault! The cashier let them down by not helping them further and just selling them one knowing that they could do that. But I’m more than sure she had buddies in line. Because who sees an issue and doesn’t fix the issue right there to help. They felt helpless. No help!! She just assumed that they wanted two each and denied them of any.
