I had a terrible experience with my nails for my wedding years ago. Since some time had passed I decided to give them another shot. I went here again recently to get my nails done and a pedicure for my sister’s wedding. I left after 3 hours unsatisfied with how my nails were done and the service we received. I had called in advance to ensure they could accommodate 6 people at 430pm and was told it was fine, only to find out that they misunderstood what I was asking. When we showed up on time they seemed annoyed and flustered that we were there. I usually get dip powder and had decent natural nails before going there. The lady asked if I wanted them cut down and I told her I just wanted them cleaned up. She proceeded to over file them into a weird shape. When I told her I didn’t like the shape and I wanted her to cut them down and do acrylic tips instead, she got annoyed. While cutting down my nails she ripped the corner of my nail and made me bleed. She didn’t match up the sizes of the tips correctly to the size of my nails so I have very noticeable spots where my nail stops and the tips start. She never pushed back my cuticles and she didn’t bring the mixture to my cuticles so the outgrowth looks bad after just one week. She seemed to be rushing through everything and skipping steps. My pedicure was rushed with no massage and the paint was smudged and chipped by the next day. I did not contact the salon to correct anything because I did not have time to return. I do not recommend going to this place. I have gotten my nails done there twice. The first time I went and got a full set they nickel and diamond me for every single service and by the time I left there it was $80. Billy promised me that these would be the best nails ever and that I would come back in three weeks for a fill and I wouldn’t have any issues with lifting or nails falling off. I didn’t even make it 2 1/2 weeks before over half of my nails lifted, and one of them fell completely off When I went back to get them filled, they told me that it was because my nails were too long. So I had them trim them to be way shorter, which of course they charged for. Now it has only been one week and one day since that fill and a nail has already fallen off. I called to make an appointment to get the nail fixed. Billy answered and said he was outside and he needed 30 minutes to go check his book. He has still not returned my call and I have tried repeatedly to call back to get an appointment and they will not answer. These people are not nice when you go in to get your nails done, they treat you as though you are an inconvenience and I do not recommend this shop to...

I went to get my toes done & they did a horrible job! Still have dead skin on my feet! The nail polish had bumps on it and the girl got nail polish all on my sandal! I was there to get a gel manicure but the lady cut my nails way to short and said she couldn’t do it to get something else. She did only a few fingers on cutting my cuticles and cut me on every finger! I said nevermind and the guy started screaming at me saying I was being charged $15 extra because she “cut” my cuticles!!
