I walked into the store to get help with a SIM card and a young man was in the middle of helping me when the lady next to him rudely said my SIM cards are $40. I proceed to tell the lady that I was told by a Verizon rep on the phone that SIM cards are free since I was adding the line well the lady proceeds to tell me not her SIM cards and tells me that I can go to the Dublin store. I then call the Verizon rep that I had spoke to since I already had them on the chat line and she proceeds to try and figure out why this store was trying to charge me $40 for the SIM card. That’s supposed to be free while the rep on the phone was able to explain to me that this location was not a Verizon branch itself therefore they do charge $40 . But my complaint is instead of playing on your phone and being rude about telling somebody how much your SIM cards are try and put your phone down and help somebody understand that you’re not a real branch of the Verizon stores and your store is an individual that does charge 40 and maybe my experience would’ve been a little bit better. They said one time charge. The next month same .went to store again.said They would fix it, next month same . Had to go to cochran store because hvill store had fire damage, cochran store was worse got there at 9am doors were locked, manager said she was counting money and couldn't let anybody in. 9: 40AM she opened the door. Very unhappy with the way items are checked into this location without giving credit or the knowledge for the device they have received. I guess the phone is just lost or in better terms stolen because you received a phone that you did not give said credit for. On top of it the phone can’t be located so I’m out of a phone a the credit I was supposed to be given. Leave the authorized retailers alone and just go in store to handle situations.
