Jumping Fleamarket — Local services in Cocoa

It is an okay place. Hit or miss on finding decent quality finds. I would be more selective on who I let set up there long term though if i were the owner. Some vendors make the place look a bit trashy and I have noticed the decent vendors that used to perch there haven't come back in a while. They have made a few improvements to the external vending site by adding a shade and lining up the tables so u have to drive around and not thru the outside & under the roof sections. If you have stuff to sale and your local yard sale isn't getting traffic, setting up here for the weekend maybe a better bet, it is always nice to see new faces and good...

.....this used to be so nice place to go. Pretty organized and easy to get around. Over the last 3 years or so it has gone downhill really fast. Tables are far to close together where one person can barely fit by and the vendors at each table have junk piled so high you can't even see what they're selling. I guess that's what happens when you trade off hiring a manager in exchange for him living in one of the campers on site. Totally mismanaged and a complete craphole now..... totally unorganized. Hire someone, pay them a decent wage, and get this Marketplace back to...

Wow!!! This place is AWESOME!! It’s like all your neighbors got together to enjoy being outside in the shade trading stories. The people that run the place are the BEST!! So sweet and huge hearts!! I drove from Orlando and it was so worth it! If they gave away a small glass of cold sweet tea or lemonade and a small bag of popcorn it would be perfect!! And it wouldn’t cost much at all. Maybe on special days have a clown and give away balloons to the kids. Anyways if you have time be sure to stop by and say hi! You might just find that little knickknack you have been...
