Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Cocoa

It’s the kids coming to work high that really make me mad. My wife walked in & the order was very simple. We ordered drinks, 1 pizza, an order of breadsticks, & SUPPOSED TO BE 1 order of the 4 cheese crazy puffs, & 1 order of the 4 bacon crazy puffs. This kid smoked way too much before his shift he charged my wife for 4 4-packs of the bacon ones & 4 4-packs of cheese. Gave no receipt to my wife & when she brought up why her total was $60 something dollars & waiting so long all she got was a monotone “sorry”. He refused to do a refund or bring a manager to sort out his problem that he did while he was under the influence. I get you’re a kid working & your main job is literally just smoking & taking orders but you would think customers that pay your paycheck to buy the Mary Jane to smoke , you would at least act like you’re competent at your job & re-read the order back. Not too happy about the unwarranted $60 charge & incompetence of the staff. Even after my wife was walking out the staff continued to be snarky & talk crap about the situation & customer. This is the closest outlet to me from Merritt Island, but I happily drive over the causeway to the mainland for one of my favorite treats: a pepperoni pizza. And, at $5, who could beat the price!? I grew up on the Island and when I was a kid, no pool party was complete without piles of Little Caesar's pizza! This location (across from Wal-Mart )is very busy, so, the Hot-n -Ready pizza's aren't always "Hot- n- Ready ",so, they've come up with an ingenious idea. The Pizza Portal! By using the app (available @ the Google Play store) you can order your pizza, pay electronically and' BAM '! You jus ordered a pizza that will be ready (you're given a time when your pizza is ready along with a 3 digit code ) and when you get there just bypass the line of 3 -5 people and walk directly to the shiny, free standing Pizza Portal (which looks like a pizza vending machine) find your name on the digital display of horizontal glass windows and enter your 3 digit code, which has been sent to you via text message. And, voila! Open the door, drive home and enjoy a relaxing evening...

Advice to the employees here...please actually listen to your customers when they are telling you what they want... Advice to customers...check your order before you leave. I was in town and stopped in last Sunday and asked if they had a hot and ready 🧀 cheese pizza. The extra cheese pizza to be specific...The girl said yes and even looked in the box before ringing me up. Unfortunately I did not check the pizza before I left. I get back to my family only to find that I had been given the pizza with extra pepperoni. Not only did I Never say anything about pepperoni but my sister in law and her son are vegetarian so they couldn't eat any at all. To make matters worse...the pizza looked and tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for far too long. The pepperoni was too burnt/crispy and crumbled when you bit into it. Not good at all. Sad that the employee looked at the pizza which was definitely not appealing and still thought it...
