The first time I ate a sub from this Subway, I ordered a Philly cheese toasted. Because it was toasted, I guess it is corporate policy to not warm up the meat. When I bit into the sandwich, the meat was still frozen in the middle and very cold everywhere else.
The second time I ate at this Subway, I brought my children for a quick, convenient dinner as we were already shopping at Walmart. There were two female workers behind the counter making the subs. The woman that was taking my order did not have a name tag on to identify her. When she communicated with me, she was cold, did not look up at me one time, nor did she smile during the entire order process. I don't typically concern myself with the attitudes of employees at menial jobs, however she just rubbed me the wrong way since my kids were there and noticed her attitude to the extent they asked me what was wrong with her.
Later, it appeared as though she was visited by some type of superior or Walmart supervisor at which time she was all smiles and carrying on like she wasn't ever going to get another opportunity to kiss up again. This showed she did have it in her to be a little more pleasant with the paying customers if she wanted to. Again, my kids noticed this behavioral change and mentioned it to me.

Read moreTonight, 05 January 2021 at 6:45 PM. I am at Subway store #36536-0, 2700 Clearwater Road, Coco, FL 32922. I bought a Cinnamon Pretzel. On my way out, I took a bite, found out, didn't has cinnamon.
Return to Subway, wait in line for my turn.. then I. let the clerk know, the situation and ask to add cinnamon to the pretzel. Instead, I got a new one. When received, the pretzel, did not have butter and just sprinkle of cinnamon over.
Again, I ask, please, add cinnamon, because that is just sprinkle, that is not enough cinnamon. Clerk said... "that is how it been made."
I, reply... "I have been coming to this Subway Store since 2006, and that is not the way to make a cinnamon pretzel. " then, I ask for the money back. The clerk, call someone, the proceeded to refund the purchase of cinnamon pretzel.
Finaly, a better outcome, could have been, if just, from the beginning, the clerk will ask to the customer "how much cinnamon you want?, Sir".
Lesson Learned (LL #101), If the customer is not satisfied. Then, ask how can I, assist you? or make it...
Read moreMy wife just went there to order 3 sandwiches for us and our children to eat for dinner . The young millennial girl working gave her attitude about having to make 3 sandwiches, apparently it was an such a major inconvenience to do so. So my wife left. There was one other customer in front of her and another employee working there at the time. So I personally don’t see what would have been the big deal to simply do the job that Subway hired you to do. Instead she can stand around texting on her phone, instead of making the money that Subway uses to pay her hourly wage. My thoughts are that if one hates making sandwiches for customers so much, maybe get a job at the connected Walmart where they can be rude to customers while they stock shelves or something else instead. No one forced you to work at Subway. Find...
