If I could give this place a zero I would. My family and I went in to Taco Bell around 6:30 in the evening to catch a quick bite before going out for some Christmas shopping. When we walked in, we approached the counter (like any other fast food establishment) and waited for approximately 10 minutes. While standing there, we observed that there were at least five employees working behind the counter, but we were clearly being ignored. I spoke up and respectfully requested to place my order. A male employee turned to me as he walked by and said, “you can order from the kiosk over there”. I tried to explain to him that I had two children with me and I never used the kiosk before, but he continued to walk away. While I was a little bit frustrated, I didn’t say anything else, I just walked over to the kiosk and attempted to place my order. After a few minutes of trying to figure out how to customize the order (because my kids are little and don’t like the spicy jalapeño sauce), my wife came over and helped me complete it.
It should be noted that during this time, several other customers had came in the store and were standing at the counter (getting frustrated) and waiting to place their order. After a few more minutes, my name was called and I walked over to the counter to get my food (by the time I got there the guy was already walking away without giving us our drink cups. I begin checking the order, and I noticed that several things were not right. I attempted to get somebody’s attention, but everybody was focused on everything else, but the front counter. I was able to eventually get someone’s attention and I notified him that I was missing an item (sour cream). He then walked away from me to the food prep line and began looking at the screen. After looking for a few seconds, he said (with an attitude), “ You never ordered a sour cream or paid for it.” I politely told him that I did order the sour cream, but I could not produce a receipt because you only had two options with the kiosk email or Text message (and I did not want to provide that information so they can turn around and send me 100 emails or call me a bunch). I told him I don’t mind paying for it, but I would like a sour cream and he walked over to the cash register at the front counter and rang it up for $.80. After we finish eating, we left the place, but not before witnessing several people come in and getting the same experience.
Everyone was also very confused because there was no sign indicating that they wanted you to strictly use the kiosk, and they had no problem, watching people standing there wasting their time. I will never go back to the store nor will I recommend anyone go...
Read moretoday i had the luxury of going to this taco bell and ordering some food that was of course wrong but i can deal with that. My next issue is that as me and a female friend sat in my car in the parking lot an employee named Tiffany ( if i am recalling her name correctly but i think thats the name the shift manager gave me when i asked to file a complaint) was apparently getting off work and got into her car which was parked beside mine. The employee was still in her uniform. But she started dancing like a monkey in her car while making finger guns with her hands as if she thinks she is lil wayne. Anyways as ignorant as she looked this is quite common in cocoa. So i go about eating my food and then hear this POS yell out "WTF are you looking at?" I perk my head up from my food then hear her say it again at which time I realize she is running her mouth to the 18 year old female passenger in my car . I lean forward at which point she realized there is an older adult in the vehicle and i said excuse me? she then says I SAID WHAT YOU LOOKIN AT TO HER!!! and then turns away and rolls up her window before retreating into the hood like the coward she is. So again dirtbags are a dime a dozen in cocoa which is no surprise but what bothers me is now i have no desire to do any business with TACO BELL because they employ this trash! I spoke to a manager who only stated that she would have a talk with her and i said no She needs to be reprimanded or terminated so i am trying to file a complaint with corporate. How can taco bell be family oriented and friendly service when they employ someone like that! so as for my review i would not give them your business until they clean up their employee pool. NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO FOR A LIVING YOU SHOULD REMAIN PROFESSIONAL WHILE REPRESENTING YOUR EMPLOYERS COMPANY CAUSE YOU MAKE THEM LOOK BAD ALONG WITH YOURSELF TIFFANY! oh and her trashy and poorly done tattoo sleeve on her left arm only added to her...
Read moreDid not think it was correct that an item was removed from the menu but still advertised in 2 separate places on the marquee behind your counter and still available for ordering on your automated ordering system available as you first walk in. My observations; I believe the technology exist that the item could have been removed automatically at a preset time before the store opened from the automated ordering system; even after I was told the item was discontinued, no one, including the manager, made any attempt to remove the promotion of the item from the marquee; my transaction took place just after 12 noon that day, I find it hard to believe I was the first person that day to oder the very popular item and was confused the cashier was unaware the item was discontinued and had to be told by someone 'in the back'; when I asked the manager to provide some kind of good will/substitution to compensate me for the inconvenience of ordering an item only to be told it was discontinued, the manager made the compensation about money, not her money by the way, saying she would not be able to substitute two of another item, at only slightly more cost then the discontinued item, for the original item I ordered. The manager was polite and listened to my dissatisfaction of the visit. I feel the manager could have used her authority as a manager to provide better customer service....
