iFixandRepair - Cocoa Beach — Local services in Cocoa

I won't be here again. it was a weird transaction from the get go. the listing here and on their site say they open at 11 but weren't even here yet. but they answered the phone. quoted me 110 on the phone but the dude working the counter says $120 I was like I just talked to you? lol. well apparently not. the ☎️ number listed here goes to "his boss" who sounded like I just woke him up. again confused cause the site says they open at 11. but he's just waking up?

but ya transaction was sketchy from the get go.

I pick up the iPad up and he says it's done and everything is working so I'm checking everything out. wifi signal, volume of the 🔊 🔈 🔉 Bluetooth etc and right as I pay I glance down and the screen (not a screen protector the actual screen) and he says the frame is bent.

but my whole deal is why do tje repair if it was bent?

so he keeps trying to run the heat gun over the edges but it didn't seem to help.

their warranty is only 10 days! which is ironic cause it was right as I was talking about warranty is when I glanced down and noticed the screen peeling up. conveniently right as I paid.

I won't be back....I figured I'd try this place out rather than going to uBreakiFix in Merritt Island since I was in Cocoa for work and their price was even tje same as uBreak.....

definitely something to keep in mind. most of these repair shops are just buying cheap peel, stick, and connect aftermarket screens from wish....

I recently had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with I Fix and Repair. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority for them. The staff was unhelpful, rude, and shockingly hostile, which made the situation even more difficult. Despite being a paying customer, I was treated with complete disregard. Whenever I tried to ask questions or seek clarity about the repairs, they were dismissive and refused to provide clear answers. It felt like they were more interested in arguing than actually solving the problem. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue, they made the entire process stressful and unpleasant. Their lack of professionalism and basic courtesy left me feeling cheated and disrespected. I would strongly advise others to avoid I Fix and Repair, as they clearly have no interest in supporting their customers or providing...

2 weeks ago I had a screen repaired and bought a screen protector (which was recommended by the seller) at the fix it in cocoa Walmart and now half the screen is dead. Went to have it replaced, but was told that I had to pay for another screen. He stated that is want covered under the 30 day warranty unless the screen was blacked out. There isn’t any damage to the phone or screen/ screen protector. When I showed to the guy the phone he told me that he would knock off $10.00 for a new screen. I just paid $105 to have it replaced 2 weeks ago and now 95.00 for another screen? I feel like I’ve Definitely...
