With Saturday morning excitement, I went to Starbucks last Saturday for a delicious latte and bakery treat. As I drove up to the drive thru window to pay with my Starbucks app, that had over $100 in GC's on it, my phone kicked me out of the app and completely froze! I sat at the window trying to get back in as the line behind me kept growing but what stood out to me the most, during this less than stellar moment, was the response I received from the employees. The gentlemen at the window was possibly college age, maybe a bit younger and his patience and kindness were outstanding. After a few minutes of complete embarrassment, I looked up and he said "enjoy, this order is on us". Behind him was another employee and she said to me, "don't worry mama, we got you!" I was in utter shock, to say the least, as it wasn't about getting my order for free but the kindness and generosity surrounding me that was so palpable. I want to thank these employees from the bottom of my heart. I will definitely pay it forward to another. If I could give more than 5 stars, I...
Read moreIt's truly 5 stars across the board. Getting ready for an intense day Starbucks has become my little sense of peace...lol. I stopped going to the other coffee shop that starts with a D because service was consistently TERRIBLE. However, I knew I was going to miss my rewards. It's something about the high pitch sweet voices and the lovely greeting at pick up that makes the coffee taste even sweeter. The services really adds to the amazing coffee and warm chocolate chip cookie...so much that being a little late for work just to write this review just makes the day better. Starbucks training is GENIUS and I can feel it everyday I pay an average of $9-14 dollars. Serious kudos to Starbucks for adding the spicy falafel pocket. Thank you for your services Starbucks. 1 more thing, I realize not everyone is as chirpery as this Starbuck. The energy here is awesome. Mitchell we see You!!! Thanks for bringing the good energy for a lot of us working stressful jobs.
Have a great...
Read moreDONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ATTITUDE. The girls here are rude, snubby and ignorant. At first I waited in drive thru for 15 mins with only 3 cars in front of me. So my hubby said let’s go in. We did and ordered pumpkin spice latte, and strawberry frappe. Waited another 15 mins to get that. On top of waiting a older lady in front of me asked the lady to put a little more ice and she rolls her eyes at a 65 yr old. When I got my stuff it was horrible. The strawberry frappe wasn’t even crushed up. The ice was flowing thru the straw. My latte was cold. Unbelievable. So I have to go back in and ask to get it fixed which I dealt with more attitude and the lady acting like she can’t hear me. Walking away all three girls gave me the dirtiest look that you can give someone. Only one girl did her job right there. The one in the drive-through. Save yourself the hassle and go to Dunkin’ Donuts two seconds away Or another Starbucks a couple...
