On July 24th I was in Cody, WY., on vacation from Colorado. I went to this Auto Zone to purchase new wheel bearings to replace the bearings on my trailer that had gone bad on my trip. The bearings on only one wheel had gone bad, however I wanted to replace the bearings on both wheels. Unfortunately I do not remember the young man or the manager's names who went above and beyond in helping. They only had one prepackaged set of the bearings I needed in stock, but the manager told me she would put another kit together out of stock. The only problem was, they did not have a seal to fit my axle. The manager went out of her way spending an enormous amount of time in an attempt to locate the seal needed.
I can not express my appreciation of these two people who did so much for a traveler who would have been stuck had they not tried every avenue imaginable to help me out with the parts I needed, to get rolling again. I am sorry I can not recall your names, but the young man and the manager have earned my respect and appreciation for the assistance they provided to me in a time of need.
If all employees with Auto Zone are this dedicated to assisting customers with their needs, Auto Zone will get my business at home and on the road after this pleasant and helpful visit to this store.
If the manager and employee get a copy of this, I wish to say Thank You and my hat is off to you for exceptional customer service! The manager told me as I was leaving "Thank You for your patience", I told them I could, in no way, be upset with people who went out of their way to help a stranger get back on the road. I've been to O'Reilly's, Napa, Amazon, searching for a turn signal on my truck for over a week. Napa didn't even leave from behind the desk. Amazon suggestions for my blinkers were more than $50. O'Reilly's employee said that these parts don't even exist.
Went to AutoZone with a part numbers, and James not only stepped out from behind the counter but found upgraded versions with different completely different part numbers knowing the part number meaning... FOR A LIGHT BULB!
You can always tell when customer service employees are working for a paycheck or working cuz they do what they love, James loves what he does...

We tried to see about getting in at the Ford place but they were booked till the following week (understandably.) The Ford place told us what they thought might could be the issue so we ended up at this autozone to see about getting a fuse. James the manager went above and beyond to help us out. He came outside and spent probably close to an hour with us trying to help diagnose the issue. I was shocked and overwhelmed at his generosity.
