Bought a Dewalt battery powered snow blower-$1000.00! No one knew much about snow blowers, period!! Got it home, charged batteries for 1 1/2 hours until fully charged. Put them in the snow blower, inserted the key & pushed the start button. NOTHING!! Checked batteries to insure they were in correctly. Checked key and NOTHING! Called the store. Lady was so rude. I said I needed to talk to someone about this friggin snow blower I bought from them. She said I didn't need to talk that way. Needless to say I returned the friggin' thing to the store & they of course checked what I had done & NOTHING!! Not a one knew anything about snow blowers! And they say BUY LOCAL!! Not in this town!! Everything at Bomgaars is overpriced & the people they hire are something to be desired. They acted like $1000.00 was nothing!! Besides wasting almost an entire day on a piece of crap!! I'm giving 2 stars only because they carried snowblowers! Won't be back to...

Went in this morning to buy an extension cord. This was my first time in the store and was unsure of location. Ran into three young men that were employees. They asked if we needed help? I asked where the extension cords were located. Instead of just replying, they're on aisle , they responded, "They're in electrical. Under the big green sign". Not only was this not really that helpful, but they were demeaning, disrespectful and unkind. That was not customer service. I decided not to give them my money. I won't be going back. You lost a customer that probably would have been there often. Just because I'm a woman, does not mean I don't know what I'm shopping...

We purchased a DeWalt, high-end electric lawnmower from Bomgaars in Cody, Wyoming. Mostly because of operator-error (!!) we were back to the store several times and talked with workers and finally Barry, the manager. We could not have gotten better service and a willingness to resolve the issues so we had a working mower from this management. Every effort was made to resolve the problems and we now know alot more about running this mower and how to avoid problems. Kudos to this team at Bomgaars. We would not hesitate to buy another piece of equipment from them...
