So I came to Subway to get dinner for my husband and me and my kids the lady that has reddish hair helped me out first and she seemed to be in a mood I told her the first sandwich and she made it and slid it over and didn't even bother to ask if there was any more took off her gloves and tried to walk away and I said excuse me I have more I'd like to order please and she rolled her eyes and was a little rude without attitude I have never had an issue here before I am usually really nice every time I come in. The food is always good and the right temperature. The price is reasonable (coupons are helpful). The service is fast, and mostly friendly. The only thing that could use improvement is that there are a few team members that never smile and are pretty "dry" with their customer service. I'm the type of customer that will always expect some friendliness with service because of the hard-earned money I'm spending. I'm also the type of customer that will listen and note when employees complain about customers and wish they would go home or somewhere else.
