As locals in the community, my wife and I are sadly disappointed that at almost all our visits to this fast food establishment, there is a minimal 20 minute wait in the drive thru with almost no remorse from the staff. It takes them at least 5 minutes to acknowledge you’re at the window before they come up to tell you the status of your food. You can see clearly through the window that half the staff is standing around while one or two employees work. Today was no different that we waited 15 minutes for a single chocolate shake to be made which is mind blowing. It was only after asking to speak to a manager did the employee come back and tell us they were re filling the shake machine however, we witnessed an employee hand a shake to another employee to drink while on the job before we were given ours. Upon being handed the shake the employee nonchalantly adds they were out of whipped creamed with a take or or leave it attitude. This might sound like such a petty complaint but as business owners ourselves, we under that tone of voice and communication is vital to great customer service. After we asked to speak to the manager, she came back a second time THEN informing us the GM was unavailable and the shift leader was on the phone. In other visits, the smallest details such as no onion to a burger or add avocado to a salad has almost always gone forgotten without fail. We have continued to go back hoping each visit would be better then the last but sadly that has not happened and we would advise travelers passing thru to steer clear and head to Wendy’s instead for a burger as your order will more then likely end up wrong, partially missing and take...

On the evening of 08/16, 5:27 PM I went through the drive through to order some dinner for myself and friend. 20 minutes total wait time, including 10 minutes in the drive through for the 2 cars ahead of me (1 had ordered, 1 had not yet). I PAID $23.06 cash (VERY EXPENSIVE), took the order from the server and drove home. when I got there; I realized half the order wasn't there. So I drove back to the restaurant, walked in with my bag and was told by the server behind the counter; "oh, yes, we have the rest of your order, you left it" ... I was in the drive through. I didn't leave it. We live 2 minutes from the restaurant; by the time I got home my friends sandwich was a wet, soggy mess of sauces and whatever else, the fried zucchini was mushy and cold, and because I was so upset, the hot dog had no taste. I have given the restaurant ample time to make this right and they haven't called nor emailed me back to refund or at least offer another meal. THIS PLACE does suck - I won't be returning ... MANAGERS SHOULD pay attention to their emails to avoid...
Read moreWhen I first started eating here, it was great! However now, it's gone to hell in a handbasket. My order never changes. Always order the same thing. A burger with nothing but cheese and mushrooms, fries with ranch, and a shake or rootbeer. Pretty damn easy. I don't expect them to remember me ever though, they have a lot of regulars. Last few times I've gone, they mess up my order. Either they entirely leave something out, or add something I did not request or explicitly asked to stay out of my meal. Or both. Forget something and put something unwanted in my burger. I gave up on them because of this. It's been MONTHS since I've eaten here. Thought mm maybe it's improved. Absolutely not. Messed up my order AGAIN today. And the wait is so long, it gets irritating having to go through it multiple times just to finally get my order right. I'm tired of trusting them, taking a bite of my burger, and gagging from having an unwelcome surprise in it and losing my appetite. Shakes are always good...
