I have never been so disrespected by a store employee, at any store, ever in my entire life. This man was rude and obviously not in a good mood, and he made sure to let everyone know that. If this is what is acceptable as customer service at Staples then I will never step foot in one again. I have never called to complain about an employee, but I could not get over how myself and others were treated. I had to call the store to speak to the manager. Surprisingly, this employee is the manager! I told him how I felt but that was not enough. I called Staples corporate and filed a complaint that was then sent to the presidentās office. The name of this āmanagerā is Kyle and he fits the description of the rude employee that has been mentioned in a previous review. I have also heard from others how condescending and rude he has been towards them while also being in the store as he was āhelpingā them. If you are unhappy with your job so much you have to make everyone miserable around you, you should quit your job. This man needs anger management of some sort. I donāt believe he should have a job at all- especially not in customer service! Absolutely shameful and embarrassing to have Staples be represented by this so...

I leave and call to speak to a manager and the hold time? I couldāve watched a whole episode of The Office before anyone came back on the line. So I hung up ā because clearly Iām the only one who knows what time management means. Ignorance isnāt just bliss for this crew; itās their entire personality.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI simply thought that I could mail or return packages via UPS at this location (I've returned items there before and the sign at the desk says UPS/USPS "we mail it all" or something of that nature), and the woman/girl behind the counter was not very polite in attempting to educate me about this, to put it lightly. I am not sure why she was so snarky about it. I was just asking her why the sign said UPS and I showed a return label that I had with UPS on it. Most reviews that I complete are positive, but we are all tired at work and I came here on a lunch break; there is no need to make life more stressful than it already is for people. Be nicer and speak to people kindly, you don't know what THEY are...
