BUYER BEWARE SHADY COMPANY ORDERED A SECTIONAL ONLINE FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY I WAS LIED TO MULTIPLE TIMES THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAD IT IN STOCK WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL I WAS MET WITH EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE 1400$ REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND SCAMMERS!!!!! Update ok i told you i was going to take my original review down once i got my refund but since once again your lying i have to be honest. we been going back and forth since the 19th its been over a week since i asked for a refund and i only got if after writing a bad review On the 27th. it got to a point where u told me yourself to file a dispute with my bank and ill get my money back which would have took 45+ days instead of just issuing the refund yourself. i was very patient with you guys for days of not receiving my item first it was “truck problems” next it was “you will get it tomorrow” for 2 days then “the money had not hit your bank yet” and i STILL waited up until you told me YOURSELF that your store was just a SHOWROOM and you don’t sell any of the actual furniture there that the furniture u sell was in a warehouse whereas when i first called about the couch you told me it was there in your store wasn’t until days later you admitted it wasn’t there therefore it WAS NOT in stock so yes i NEEDED my money back for an item i had NOT received that’s the only reason why i asked for a refund in the first place so i could choose a different couch that was in stock but you made it difficult so i went with a different company i was going to delete original review and just let it go because u told me you are a family business and bad reviews hurt your company even after how you all treated me i STILL sympathized but after the comment you left i now have to be honest and stand beside my experience with your store and to protect not only myself but other buyers I’m only bumping it up to 3 stars because i FINALLY got my refund (and thats me being extremely nice even after how i was treated) minus 90$ but its better than being out of the whole 1400$. feel free to tell me if ANYTHING i said was a lie thank...

Don't get me wrong their furniture store has really nice furniture in it but to be honest I purchased a couch and loveseat set from their store(and the furniture I bought was basic)and they charged me $1,200 for the furniture and to be honest you can get the same furniture at Long's Furniture for $800 it just kind of seems like if they feel they can overcharge you for furniture if they feel you don't know any better they will try to get over as far as the price so pretty much just shop around first I definitely was overcharged!!!! They price their furniture to what they think is the price. Same furniture can be found at American Freight for half the price. Bought tables. They said the floor ones weren’t mine.
