I wish I would have read the reviews before dealing with this store! This is my first time renting and the online process was initially smooth. I was contacted by Yvonne the same day to complete the process and sign the contract which I did, as well as provide the necessary documentation and references as requested. This was all completed on Thursday, my delivery was scheduled for Monday. Monday I called to confirm my delivery time and was informed Yvonne was no longer with the company, however once they found my file they would get me situated for delivery and to expect a call in 20-30 minutes. Hours went by and I never received a phone call, I called back and they said their systems was down and also informed me that the washer that was scheduled to be delivered was in maintenance due to a leak, but assured me they would take care of me. I never received the call. I called today, Tuesday and a different man asked to confirm my source of income, all of which I’d already done with Yvonne. I informed him that I had done this process already and did not want to have to reiterate and do the entire process over again. He advised me that he would refund me my money. I explained that I wanted the product I signed the contract for. He then gave the phone to someone named Sybil, her tone and communication was EXTREMELY unprofessional EXTREMELY condescending. She advised that there was several “contradicting” factors with my application. None of which made sense I’m self employed and provided proof of it, as well as proof of identification. My husband explained to her how much of an inconvenience this is due to their shift in management and it should not be our burden to carry. She said nothing! No apologies no attempt to preserve the business nothing! Then I advised them to refund my money, $30+ dollars, she said only $20+could go back on the card and I’d have to come into the store to get my remaining $10. This store is...

I know if I can give you a zero I would it’s the worst experience ever for me and I’ve never rented furniture before and I would never do that again not with them. They are terrible. They just want you to sign paperwork and even if you don’t, they will put your name on it and it won’t be the same agreement that you saw And then they seal your information to whoever I would assume because I definitely tried to contact the people that was taking money out of my card for some furniture and they don’t even exist at the address and I didn’t even sign a document. That’s why they’re about to be in court now They will tell you that they gonna bring something and you would never see it as in peaceful fit are missing from the product that they brought. They’re just pass you around from person to person and you will never receive it till this day. I haven’t got a remote for this fireplace fan that I didn’t sign for. They put my name on it the agreement they’re terrible. I’ve never seen I’ve known of anyone to do business this way and the customer service is no better. You can call them over and over again and they lie as much. I would not advise you. It’s terrible this stressed me out so bad. I can’t begin to tell you how much I wouldn’t wish this mess on. I was a week late and they come and took my stuff they wouldn't give me a install meant at all because they said I had one 4 times the Sofia bed I got was a man faction I wait it 4 months to get a new one that is why they gave me a stall meant plan like the workers shouldn't even be working there at all they are very disrespectful like I just got out the hospital with my mother after she broke her hip and yes I miss a week payment and they come and took my stuff like give me all my money back I will never ever rent from them again and I am a loyal customer how they did me it's sad get new employees because I never missed no payment...
