Just read other reviews. They’re not as helpful when it comes to printing. When I walked in I asked for assistance and was directed to self serve. While self serving and processing how it works a lady cut me at the only available printer. After asking for assistance again I was told the 2 other printers went day the day before.
I had 5 papers to print and asked would she be a while. She rudely said she unfortunately would be. She had a thick stack of papers so I went back to the line to see if they could print and suggested they put an out of order sign on the printer. The worker said it says that once you touch the screen. It does not, it actually says assistance needed. Those are two different things. He then replied they are not allowed to put signs up which is probably something he came up with. Any job I had working for someone else we were allowed to put signs up in order to inform customers what’s going on.
After waiting in the line and learning I could’ve had my papers printed initially when I came in instead of having to self serve, I was told they wouldn’t be ready for another hour. I for sure let your rude customer know it would’ve been polite to let me print 5 papers (as she seen me there before her anyways) but nonetheless this is my 2nd time coming to this location and the staff isn’t helpful or informing with the correct information. Do better. I could say I feel discriminated but I honestly think your employees selected for this location do not care about the people altogether, needs better customer service skills, and more ethical training. Read moreThe two different employees who were on staff when I visited were like night and day. I came in around 5:45pm, admittedly near closing time, to quickly drop off an amazon return. One employee, Keith, seemed to be working very hard to resolve a customer's issue on the phone. Something about her order was messed up, but I heard him trying anything he could to get her print (or whatever it was) fulfilled, asking her when the latest she needs it by so that he could try to fulfill it by then and so on. He seemed really professional and diligent. Meanwhile, as customers began to line up at the amazon counter waiting to be helped, the other employee, Reggie, just stood around across the store by the checkout counter despite the fact that no one was over there. When Keith asked him politely if he could help with amazon returns, Reggie dismissively shook his head. When Keith asked why not, Reggie just seemed to say something like, "don't talk to me," and continued to mill around. In the end, I left 10 minutes after close with 3 other people still needing to be helped... Reggie had already wandered around a corner, nowhere to be seen. Even despite the obviously frustrating and overwhelming situation, Keith remained professional and courteous when he helped with my return. Really heartbreaking to see. To the owner of the branch, who seems to reply to most of the reviews: I would treat your Keiths a little better before you're left with nothing...
Read moreHonestly just terrible service. My time-sensitive print order was supposed to be ready by 730pm on Friday 6/9 (needed before I left town that Sunday). I went in to the store at that time but order was not ready. Not the end of the world and I was assured the order would be ready first thing the next morning. I went in this afternoon, Sunday 6/11, and order was still not ready. I waited over an hour for the order to be completed, getting asked question after question about the order I submitted online, but it is still not correct. At that point I gave up and left with my incorrect print purchase. It was discounted some but that doesnt change the fact that order is still wrong. I brought up the issues to the person at front register when I left and they just shrugged it off.
I try to be understanding but at some point things get to be too much. I am more than happy to pay full price, I just want a correct order. I already delayed leaving for my trip to get this order and cannot...
