Mexican Grill Wings & Things # 2 — Restaurant in Colerain Township

There's a great communication gap here if you do not speak spanish. We tried to communicate several times that we would like our fries crispy/well done, however they were barely cooked to the center, with no golden edges. I really don't like them that way. When I was a kid my mother would send me to Frisch's for big boys and then over to McDonald's for French fries, so you probably know what I mean. I ordered the three-piece Cod and was quite disappointed since I am a lover of the Alabama Fish Bar downtown. There is quite a lot of fish on Brothers menu which led me to believe that this would be their own batter and I'm not sure that it was anything but frozen fillets. Fillets were over cooked. Dry crunchy fish around the edges. I was quite disappointed and will not order fish there again. I had left a review on this Eatery when it was owned by the previous folks, however I removed it because it's not fair to the public to not know it's a different restaurant altogether now. This was my second trip under the new owner. First was for a burrito I found the food a bit more pricey and the portions to be a bit smaller, plus you do not get the fresh made Tortillas or the rice and beans included with your meal, so the added cost was a bit of a shock. I'm going to give it a third try...

Excellent food! Chicken was nice and tender well breaded. The onion rings were tasty and didn't fall out of the breading. The fries were nicely seasoned, and the cheese steak was good. Everything arrived nice and hot/fresh via uber eats....
