ATL Today - you have an employee named Olive working the cashier counter around 6:30pm EST on Sunday evening 4/6/2025. She is ABSOLUTELY the RUDEST person I have ever encountered at a business location. This location is in the C concourse near gate C21. My daughter needed a T-shirt and we had literally 5 minutes before we needed to board again. So happy this place was open, had a great selection, and super fast touchless checkout. Got my daughter a giant TY owl and hat, too. She couldn’t have been happier and I was thrilled about the service, even though the line wrapped it moved at a lightning fast pace with only one cashier.
