I love Einstein’s, THIS IS THE ONLY reason why I come back here ATLANTA AIRPORT LOCATION (middle of Terminal D) Unfortunately the AIRPORT LOCATION now does NOT accommodate using the Einstein app, credit, preorder or Anything of the sort. It is straight up Kiosk ordering to go. If you have a question, need help, do something that is not quite what one of the counter persons agree with you are immediately met with sour attitude and callus words. No empathy or helpful words spoken. I know times are tough, workers/employees are sparse but this is not the first time I’ve been here and had the same experience. At least this time there was actually both (2 kiosk) working- not just one. Today there was a young man there, with long braids, who actually was actually very pleasant. I really wish this location could go back to normal where we could use our Einstein cups again and the apps (especially when some of us no longer have Einstein’s locally.

Always horrible service, not sure why I keep giving "2nd chances". And always from the angriest lady on "the team". I just flew through here 3 times in last 2 months and she's constantly yelling at people waiting for their orders. I get that often times travelers are rude and a bit ignorant. Today, no line, only a few people patiently waiting for their orders and she's acting as though she's TSA going on a 70 hour week! She felt the need to complain that she's been here since 5am, yea don't kill yourself lady. Barking orders, moving people (who are not in the way, trying to feel important). If managers are going to put someone on the front line, good idea to make sure that person has it together "upstairs", she's not quite right. No more Einstein Bagels here. Too many other options. But then again, it's "just the world's busiest airport, so they'll more then make up for my $13.

Staff: The self checkout style kiosk kept me from interaction with the staff. But I did watch one young lady with a smile on her face, help a lady who had questions. She was polite and sweet. Service got 5 stars. Building: The building is within the airport. Products: The food looked good. The drink cabinet came in handy when trying to find a red bull. Which this is the only place in the D terminal that seemed to sell them. Parking: Plenty of parking but it’s paid airport parking. Star rating: 5 because of the sweet lady who I mentioned above. The prices are as expected for airport prices. I have no problem coming back here every chance I get. If this review helped, please hit the thumbs up and give me a follow.

I honestly wish I could give a 0 star review for the ATL airport Einstein bagel (concourse D). My experience there was humiliating and unsettling. I ordered an Asiago bagel at the kiosk, and the man behind the counter, Dante, started shouting at me- telling me that he had yelled 5 times that they were out of Asiago bagels. I asked whether I could pay extra for another bagel, and he continued to yell at me- I know this may sound over the top, but I could feel genuine anger, almost hatred, exuding from him. I asked him to stop being so rude to me, and he proceeded to yell to another employee to refund my money. I understand that they were busy and he may have been frustrated, but his response was unlike any I’ve ever experienced- borderline harassment. This may actually be the only time I’ve felt frightened and humiliated all at the same time while at a restaurant. The fact that management didn’t intervene was also alarming. There is no chance they did not hear him yelling at me and treating me horribly. In fact, several people left the line after our interaction. I honestly do not have any idea how one person can treat another human the way he treated me. It isn’t about the Asiago bagels- it’s about the treatment I received as a polite customer, and the even worse treatment I received after standing up for myself by asking him to stop being rude. This establishment needs to find new employees, train them better, and, quite honestly, I deserve an apology. After reading some other reviews, it sounds like quite a few customers deserve an...

These are the most unhappiest employees in the airport. I haven’t gone back in a long time because they ruined my experience of toasting a bagel. It seems like a simple process but not if you go to this location. They never toast it. After 3 attempts, I stopped going for a while. I recently visited again hoping they had new employees who cared about servicing the customer correctly but no it was worse. I was given a bagel with cream cheese and clumpy butter on top of the cream cheese not on top of the bagel. How lazy does a person have to be to put cold butter on top of cold cream cheese? They gave me spoiled butter. It was thick, clumpy, grainy and never melted. I threw up in the napkin and told them I wanted them to remake the bagel because the butter was spoiled. The employee who had an attitude said, oh you want your butter on the side? I said, the butter is spoiled. Please put the cream cheese on the side as she is walking away from the conversation. Just rude for no reason. She gave me another bagel with spoiled butter and cream cheese on the side. Hire employees that want to work and care about the food that they are serving to the customers. You are paying them to do a job…supervise them to ensure a quality product and...

The. Worst. Service. Ever. Automated order kiosk, one person making orders as if there isn't a dozen customers waiting around for their orders. Random employees wandering in and out, maybe they work here, maybe they don't - who knows, because nobody is actually doing anything. making themselves something to drink, everyone moving as if they're just coming out of anesthesia. Fire these people - seriously - 35 minutes to fill an order? And STILL get it wrong?? Busiest airport in the country and you've got one guy moving with all the urgency of someone waking up from a Sunday nap after taking too much cough syrup. Don't order from here unless you've got an extra hour to wait for your flight. Honestly, if you're behind the counter there, and you don't want to work, just clock out and go home. Turn off the lights and stop wasting people's time.

Edit: Don't even bother with a canned response - after reading the other reviews, I can see that this is an ongoing problem that you're not willing to address in any meaningful way. This is the last time I set foot near an...
