Oh, let me tell you, this place could be an absolute gem for travelers in search of good food! The prices are surprisingly friendly for an airport establishment—most meals hover around $15. However, if you fancy a drink, be prepared to shell out a bit more. A beer is dangerously close to $10. But hey, you’re at an airport, and it’s bustling like a bee hive, so it’s not all that shocking. To their credit, the service is pretty speedy. Now, let’s talk about the food—it's actually quite delightful! But here comes the plot twist. The tables are dirtier than a toddler playing in mud. I mean, it’s like the waitstaff believe in the “less is more” approach when it comes to cleaning. One lone paper towel seems to be their magic tool of choice. As for the floors? Well, I’d recommend bringing your hiking gear; there appears to be a small ecosystem existing between the tiles. At one point, I spotted a waitress drop a container of mayonnaiss, no biggie, right? It just sat there on the floor, until another waitress arrived armed with a napkin and a sense of urgency. Would I eat here again? Sure! The prices are just too good to resist. Would I take a detour for the experience? Absolutely not! And as a heads up, this place isn’t exactly kid friendly, and if you’re an older adult, navigating the scene might feel like a mini Olympics event. So, if you find yourself in this neck of the airport, just remember, only come for the prices.

Stopped in a little after 10:00 a.m. on a Wednesday and was able to be seated right away. Normally I would have been happy to have been seated by the window but in this case I was able to see a window and floor that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I also had the unfortunate opportunity to watch and hear everything in the kitchen. The gentleman that was garnishing orders (in photo with black hood on) was touching everything including other employees and then the door as he was going in and out all without changing gloves before he went back into touch food. Every time an order was ready they'd ring the bell and one of the servers thought it would be fun to obnoxiously ring it constantly which I jokingly made a comment and another server had her stop. My server, Ashley, was nice and generally gave good service. I ordered the fajita quesadilla with chicken and was reluctant to eat the food with what I had seen, so I just left off the garnishments. Overall it was okay and I wish I hadn't seen the extreme dust on the ceiling (see photo of speaker on ceiling) and other cleanliness factors. I was hoping to have a place to hang out while my flight was delayed. A few minor things to address in this place would be great!

I had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant that left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. The combination of delectable wings, outstanding customer service, and the warm hospitality of the employees, Tan Tan and Darnell, made this dining experience truly unforgettable.

Let's start with the star of the show – the wings. Every bite was a burst of flavor that left me craving for more. The wings were perfectly cooked, with a crispy exterior and juicy, tender meat inside. The variety of sauces available added an exciting twist to the traditional chicken wing experience. From the lemon pepper to spicy buffalo, there was a sauce to satisfy every palate. The wings were served piping hot, and the portion size was generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant full and satisfied.

What truly sets this restaurant apart is the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos. Tan Tan and Darnell, the employees who served me, went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of amazing. They were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always ready to offer recommendations. Their genuine enthusiasm and passion for their work were evident in every interaction, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. In addition to their outstanding service, Tan Tan and Darnell created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Their friendly banter and genuine interest in their customers made the dining experience feel like a gathering of friends. They took the time to chat, share stories, and make everyone feel comfortable and at home. Their infectious energy added an extra layer of enjoyment to the already delicious food, making the entire experience truly memorable.

My visit to this restaurant was an absolute delight, thanks to the great wings, wonderful customer service, and the incredible employees, Tan Tan and Darnell. The combination of mouthwatering food and warm hospitality created an experience that exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a place with top-notch wings and outstanding service, look no further. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant and experiencing the culinary delights and friendly atmosphere...

There are PLENTY of places to eat at the airport, so don't choose this one! The servers were great, the food was good, but the MANAGER was horrendous! And she is costing this restaurant money!

I asked someone up front if we could be moved to a booth that had just come available, one worker told us yes, then MS. BARBARA (as the other workers called her) came with a terribly disrespectful attitude and told us in the harshest way possible that the booths are for 3 people or more. Then she put a sign up in the booth saying 3 people only... I stunned by her unnecessary, petty, and unprofessional behavior. There were 2 booths occupied by sets of 2 people only prior to me asking for a booth and that wasn't an issue for her! The servers explained that this is just the way she is and it isn't personal. This is also unacceptable because she should NEVER treat customers this way. We sat there that entire time with that booth empty simply because she didn't want us to have it! Another customer witnessed this whole ordeal and she too was appalled by MS. BARBARA'S unwarranted behavior. She ate her food quickly to get out of there and I tried my absolute best to do the same! MS. BARBARA acted as though we had arrived to MS. BARBARA'S PLACE! With her behavior, I surely thought she was going to limit what I could order on...
