We visited on 09/23/2024 at approximately 830pm. The host who sat us was great. She was quick, informative, and cleaned the spaces. After that things went downhill. My wife and I ordered 2 beers and a Diet Coke and only received 1 beer and a Diet Coke. We let them know we were still waiting on one more beer and asked for one more minute to look for our food. Upon ordering our food we ordered a beer refill since the 1 minute was about 15 minutes and we ordered the original beer my wife was supposed to get (3rd request) - mind you… this was all a 30 minute process from order 1 to order 3 with food. After that our food took 60 minutes to complete. We ordered ten traditional wings with fries and a chicken sandwich with Mac n cheese. The place wasn’t to capacity like I’ve seen many other times, where we have experienced much better and much faster service. Many tables got their food before ours and they had similar and in one case bigger orders than ours. When we finally received our food we didn’t get a fork to go with the Mac n cheese and had to hunt someone down to find a fork. The chicken sandwich had a splash of the requested sauce and the wings were extremely dry and overcooked. We also received an extra order of fries, I guess that’s good too. On a positive note, the fries were mostly cooked entirely and had a great normal fry flavor. The entire time most of the staff was grouped up either near the kitchen area or in the corner of the restaurant kicking it back and enjoying their shift. Our waiter visited us 5 maybe 6 times over the 100 minutes we were there. Many tables were left filthy while most of the staff waited around kicked back and laughed around. We tipped the host more than our waiter as we received far more and better service than our waiter the 60 seconds we had with her compared to the 100 minutes we had with our waiter. On another positive note, the manager was working her butt off and 2 of the many employees were working very hard to make sure their customers were happy. Lastly, many others around us were dissatisfied as they ran out of tequila, wine, coors light, and modelo. I understand supply issues. That’s fine. I also understand service issues when people are having a rough time, but it certainly didn’t seem as if most of the employees were having a rough time when they were cutting up with their colleagues most of the time we were there. Seems there are issues all around. Hopefully the effort and energy from the few good workers starts to rub off on the rest of the team. Might give it another try, but won’t be our first choice.

We had a snack on Buffalo Wild Wings before our flight at 8PM on a Saturday evening. The place was not full, but it was a busy evening. We ordered a. Chicken sandwich to take away. Food The sandwich was good. I had the Loaded Dawg, which is similar to a hot dog, with the obvious substitution of the hot dogs for a fried chicken tender. The chicken is covered in wild honey mustard sauce, grilled onions, green onions and cheese. The sandwich is really good. You will see on the menu the options 1, 2 or 3. I thought it was in reference to the amount of chicken tenders on your sandwich, but I was wrong. Is the amount of sandwiches. I went for 2. That was a nice surprise, because with the size of the bread, two tenders would not fit well. I could not taste any honey. The sandwich was quite spicy and the chicken was done well. Good, recommended sandwich. Service The service was not good. We were received by a very young man at the door behind a sign that said 'wait to be seated'. We informed that we would be taking away and the only response was "Take away is not here, go there". The second attendant we had was Olivia. She also didn't say any greeting and requested a name for the order. The staff was not very friendly. But they were not rude as well. Since it was almost end of shift, it's understandable. However, it could be better. The two sandwiches took around 20 minutes and to arrive, take that in consideration if you are waiting for a flight. Not fast, not slow. We spent 13 dollars on the adventure. Good sandwich, good price, average waiting time and poor customer service. Just about recommended. Specially if you don't care about the customer service.

Let me start by saying that the customer service at this location is horrible. From the minute I stepped in. I received an uneasy energy whenever I asked a question. The bartender and waiters' body language was as if I was bothering them. All I wanted to know was how much was for a bottle of corona compared to a draft beer. It does not show the pricing on the menu. The bartender quickly stated that it's a $3 difference. So I respectfully asked, so if it's a $3 difference, so, how much is the bottle of corona, and is the difference less than the bottle or more? I received an attitude. Someone yelled behind the bar $9 for the bottle. A gentleman who was a customer having a draft beer drink said that he paid $10 for his draft beer. So, at this point, I left. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out the $3 dollar difference. Not that I had a problem paying it, but as a customer, I need to know what my expense is before I decide on which type of beverage I choose (mix or bottle) because if I have one, two many, I could end up spending more than I wanted to spend. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE!!! MANAGEMENT SHOULD FIRE EVERYONE except the door person, she was nice. It's my $$$$ so I went to a neighboring place to get a similar somewhat atmosphere and menu options. I can not rate the food, as I did not eat anything. The atmosphere is nice, as I was looking forward to having some wings and beer before my flight and watching some ESPN highlights.

This has to be a great big NO from me, and although it is designed to be a 'turn & burn' type of establishment in a very busy airport environment, there are still SO many things they need to improve on. The podium was vacant at the time I arrived, and they sign says to wait for assistance to be seated, so I did. I was actually mocked a bit when I asked if seating was available at the bar (since I was solo and didn't want to take up a table). Not a good idea to belittle someone who actually follows directions. Both of the bar servers were quite active, so I was not surprised it would take some time to place my food order. Then came the conversation between the two of them regarding which would be responsible for me based on the location I was sitting (seems it was the 'dividing line' stool). I placed my drink and food order and was advised, "The kitchen is a bit backed up and it will take a while". I was not in a rush, so was certainly prepared to wait. I seemed that several dining nearby were having challenges with their orders. The bar servers were not responsible for the food preparation but were having to be the face of the restaurant with the comments/questions. When my order did arrive, there was an immediate concern about the quality of the food, as the chicken tenders seemed to be truly overcooked. I tried to cut with my fork, but a knife was required. They'd been breaded and then fried for WAY too long, and ironically nothing at all to do with the word 'tender'. The menu advised they'd be prepared with the requested sauce, but were actually just a mass-fried item placed under a heat lamp, and then served with a quite small cup of sauce for personal dipping. The fries were not fresh at all, and everything is served on their signature metal trays. There was no offer to refill my empty drink glass. I realize that this location will rarely build a repeat customer base due to it being at an airport, but they really need some training on how to still satisfy those who do choose to dine there, and also avoid negative, yet totally truthful, reviews such as this one. I cannot recommend this eatery if traveling...

i’ve stopped into this place a few times during my business travels but I’ve never had food. I’ve always just had a beer or two. This time it was travel for pleasure and we decided to stop by here for a little snack and a couple of drinks, that was a huge mistake. our waitress was most likely the worst waitress we’ve ever had in our lives. She was extremely rude, lazy, and unprofessional. we ordered a BLT and a patty patty melt. It took about a half an hour to get the food. The waitress had disappeared, and we had run out of drinks by that time and wanted a refill. She saw the empty glasses that we had pushed to the edge of the table before she disappeared, and didn’t bother to refill them, after about 10 minutes she miraculously appeared again, and I had to flag her down telling her that we would like a couple more drinks, she said she would place the order. She then quickly disappeared again for about 15 minutes and we kept looking up at the bar and our drinks were sitting there, I was going to go get them and finally she came back out and saw me looking up at the bar and then snapped at me can I help you with something what are you looking at and I said oh just checking to see if our drinks are ready and I said those are drinks at the bar and she said yes she would get them, but she disappeared again and a waiter actually had to go up to the bar and bring them. Meanwhile, a couple had been seated behind us and waited for about 20 minutes and never got any service at all so they got up and walked out. It just went downhill from there. It’s obvious that several people that work at this location don’t want to actually work for a living and they have a real problem working with people. `there is a table on the other side of us. It was a young woman and her child who was about 10 years old and she was extremely rude to those people as well. When she brings your food, she just throws it down on the table and walks away, she brings your bill after you’ve begged for it three times and throws it down on the table and walks away. this is an awful restaurant with terrible service and...
