There are two types of massage chairs and I went with the cheaper one. It was still $29 for 15 minutes. What a waste of money. The people were nice. It barely massaged at all. Did not squeeze my calves, but they are skinny. She put a towel in the space to help, but it didn't. The rollers did not hit my muscles. There was no kneading or knocking or tapping. Just slowly pushing on my ribs and skull. I left feeling very annoyed. I waited for someone to pass by before I announced that I needed help please. I attempted to adjust it to figure out how to actually make it feel good, but they set the settings for you and I was told I messed it up by pressing a button. I joined the waitlist using a QR code and picked the 30 minute BE Relax O2 chair massage. My therapist, Yoshi, was amazing with just the right pressure and a light stretch at the end.
