I recently had the pleasure of dining at Atlanta Brewhouse at the airport and my experience was made especially memorable by our server, Shay. From the moment I walked in, Shay greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that set the tone for the rest of the meal. Her positive energy was immediately evident, and she maintained that uplifting presence throughout my visit. It's always nice to encounter someone who genuinely seems to enjoy their work, and Shay exuded that passion in every interaction.
One of the standout aspects of Shay’s service was her promptness. She was quick to take my drink order and ensured that I never had to wait long for anything. Despite the restaurant being busy, Shay managed to balance her attentiveness with efficiency, checking in regularly without being overbearing.
In addition to her impeccable timing, Shay represented the restaurant incredibly well. She was knowledgeable about the menu, able to answer questions with ease, and made helpful recommendations that showed she really cared about our dining experience. Shay has a way of making you feel welcomed and valued as a guest, which added a special touch to the evening.
Now, about the drinks. I have to admit that this part of the experience was quite the paradox. While Shay's service was exceptional, the drinks were... well, let's just say they were extremely unique. I mean, extremely. To be honest, the scotch selection was meh, talking but Shay’s upbeat energy more than made up for it. She handled the situation with grace and professionalism, even though the drinks clearly weren’t the highlight of the evening.
In conclusion, Shay was an amazing representative for the restaurant. Her prompt service, friendly attitude, and genuine care for her guests made the visit worthwhile. If you find yourself at Sam Adam's ATL, I highly recommend requesting Shay as...
Read moreSit down restaurant with a large bar and ample seating located at the end of terminal b’s food court. If you want a table walk past the bar to the host stand, it is not visible from the entrance.
It was quite busy when we came but we were acknowledged and seated pretty quickly once a table opened up. Overall, the service was great considering how many people there were. Each staff member seemed to know their role and moved through tables quickly. Our server Fatou, even had time to make some fun small talk with each of her tables which was cool. We were anticipating this being a busy time so we were ready to put our entire order in when she came to greet us.
We ordered chicken tenders, chicken spinach salad, signature brewhouse sandwich and some drinks. The food was fine, chain restaurant style and quality and what you would expect from an airport. It came out hot and fresh. The tenders were the best. Could have been a tiny bit crispier but they weren’t dry so it was a plus. The bourbon sauce was tasty, almost like a sticky and sweet glaze. The sandwich was too smoky. Lots of liquid smoke added to the chicken and a smoked cheese overpowered the rest of the flavors. The spinach salad was good. Decent amount of chicken and toppings were fresh, however I wish there were a little more of the toppings added to round out the flavor of the salad in every bite.
If you want an alcoholic beverage with your meal and you have some time to kill stop in and relax a little if you find yourself here. If you have priority pass they offer a generous credit to dine here since there wasn’t a lounge in...
Read moreTanya H was wonderful.. I had 2 beers while waiting on a flight. I had a nightmarish experience at the Atlanta airport a few months ago. Tonya largely made up for the restaurant part of it:) there was such rude service at this place and every other place we tried to eat. I was chastised for sitting down in an empty restaurant. The man told me I need to learn to wait for other people. There were no other people. It was not just rude it was aggressive and hostile. My daughter was so upset she had a panic attack. We had to rent a car to escape the place. We drove 7 hours and forfeited our flights. TheTSA agents yelled and ridiculed a number of other white older women like me in line. They made me stop and empty all of my belongings. This.was after having to stay in Atlanta overnight due to cancellations. I swore I’d never come through Atlanta again. If I could have found another connecting flight I would not have done this one. I’m glad I stopped at Samuel Adams. I’ll still never fly directly out of Atlanta again but I can handle a connection at least. I hope chains like Sam Adams pay attention to stories like this. It is real and it is not good for your business. Praise the server today because she is what you need...
