I’m not to much of a fan of this post office the workers will see you walk in and wait at the desk and not come to see if you need help until they feel like it and when they do they come to you with an attitude I had a lot of issues with this location to the point where they would hold my packages at there location and not allow me to pick it up even tho my online tracking shows me that it’s at this location they will lie and say it’s not here then make up some stuff about how I had to wait a few more days to pick my package up because no one it’s allowed to pick up also I had an issue to where they tried to deliver my mail without me knowing also the mail mail didn’t leave a letter on my door stating that they tried to deliver my package so when I requested a re delivery because they were claiming to send my pack back if I didn’t get it I requested a re delivery more then 3 times they confirmed it and everything and when I went to go pick it up they said they sent my mail back so I was like are u serious I asked for it to be re delivered or left at the post office she said no one checked the online account so they just sent my package back but when I contacted the seller they said they never received the package back so I’m guessing the post office stole it kept my package and lied about sending it back someone really needs to check this location because this it’s not the only issue I had with them I asked them to have the mailman stop allowing people that didn’t stay here to have mail sent to my home they asked me who all stay here I told them the names that needed to be on my mail n still every day I get mail from other people who don’t even stay here anymore! Also when u call there line it’s always busy like they took the phone off the line for a few hours to the point where you can’t even get in...

I had an expensive medical package sent to me. Despite having informed delivery and my online preferences set to "request signature", the post office claims that delivered my package at noon. I work from home - right next to the only door mind you. The only other entrance is a fire escape not accessible unless you climb. I heard no knock and yet when I tracked my package only a couple hours later it says delivered. No delivery. So perhaps stolen? I dont live next to a road and I only have one neighbor, so unlikely. I put in a claim and had a second package sent to me by the original sender. This time the sender did not put a unit number on the address. I reached out to USPS to hold it for me so I can pick it up. I even paid a small fee online for this service. Supposedly my package was scanned at the USPS location, but not during regular business hours(the weekend so I couldn't retrieve the package). The next two business days I wait in line for over 40 minutes just so that they can tell me that the package SHOULD be there but they can't find it and to come in the next morning and speak to the carrier. I call corporate and they can't reach the carrier. Two hours after I leave the post office the final time, I get an alert saying my package was sent out for delivery back to the sender. How they were able to scan a package they COULD NOT FIND TO BEGIN WITH is beyond me. I wish there was some way around using USPS. I made another review for another location and I honestly really...

..Tracie Oliver. I knew what side of town I was on and did not expect much so I walked in with a very polite attitude hoping that I would get the same in return. NOPE. It surprises me how our own people treat us the worse when handling business.It's like you are a professional black man walking up to the counter and the attitude and IDGAF attitude turns on . WOW! I had the worse customer service experience in my life by mail clerk Tracie Oliver. She had me travel back 3 times to different post offices only to come back to find my mail was there the entire time. I provided her proof that the mail was there by giving her the carrier ID box to help her locate the mail and packages. She was very rude, disrespectful and not helpful at all. The worse part is when I arrived back to the office for the 3rd time ,she acted like she went to the back to check to see if mail was there and came back to blatantly lie to my face with "there is no mail here with your address like I told you before". True enough a nice employee came right up and brought a bucket full of mail to me while she stood there like a 5 year old idiot with a smile on her face. Her hassle, lack of integrity , incompetence and waist of time caused me to miss an important business meeting . I will be doing everything in my power to make sure Tracie is held accountable for her poor customer service because I feel she will continue to handle people this way of nothing is done. GOD HELP...
