Whoever owns this Verizon store should reevaluate who they have on their customer service team. I was very unsatisfied with the "Manager" and the specific employee that I dealt with today. I came in yesterday to ask if somebody could help me with a very specific question regarding a new phone I just received. She said that she could help me with it, but that I would need to make an appointment. I was fine with this, and we made it for today. I went in today, and within the first 5 minutes after explaining what I needed help with, she told me I just needed to call customer service. I asked if she could help me get to the right technical support because when I tried before, the line was disconnected and unavailable. She said she could not because they were limiting the amount of time customers were in the store. I don't understand this because this is the whole purpose of making an appointment, the time was designated for me. I am very frustrated and disappointed in this store and I would not recommend...

So, that was a couple years ago maybe, NOW, RRRRUUUUUNNNNNNN. AWAY. They have not been able to or willing to do anything for me since an order back on April 23 that they messed up. I am being told now that I won't even get credits that are advertised when they can't get my order straightened out and I have to do ALL of the leg work in contacting them to follow up every day since the 23rd of April and still no resolution to an order that was supposed to be cancelled, ON THE 23RD as well.
