Had cricket in California 15 years ago, service was a little rough when I moved up here but the store seemingly had improved things over the last decade. To my great dismay, after a good long time with no problems and new phones, and one of the few times I had to forego autopay, one of the in-store employees messed up a bridge pay during a time of great need and turned it into an extension instead of putting through the remaining payment (and trying to insist we should have double checked, for something we didn't even ask for???), leaving me with a gap in service and worry over the next month of service I need to have while trying to rebalance my tight budget for the mishap. I've dealt with the occasional quirk in this company but this is the first time I'm truly considering switching to a new phone company instead of trying to move past it, which is a real shame. Tl;Dr Things are great with auto pay but the fumble with the brigepay made more problems for my entire household thank...

NEVER DOING BUSINESS HERE AGAIN.
Employee's were toxic, gaslighting, and very egotistic.
Just before the weekend, we paid the last half of our bridge pay. My family was assured it was taken care of. Service was shut off all weekend, could not access bank, or login without cell phone # Verification.
Made us wait until Tuesday for for the specific employee who dealt with our payment before the weekend. Refused to help, denied everything, said we asked for an extension We paid the 2nd half in full why would i want another extension
Constantly tried to gaslight, saying yes we did, eventually said they couldn't do anything and to call customer service. They tried to play mind games instead of helping us, and refusing to admit they messed up.
They just lost the business of myself and the rest of my family. I think Verizon might want our $145 a month.
