Came in around 5pm Saturday and nobody was in the restaurant. Went to the counter to look at the food case and they had several items either gone or crusted over and old looking. Asked if they could make some fresh and they looked at each other with the dear in the head lights look. Then one chimed in and said it will take UP TO 5 minutes to make. We just decided to go with what they had that semi looked appetizing. Went to sit and all the booths were filthy so I asked the one of the dear in the head lights girls if they had a wet rag for the booth and she asked are they dirty??? I'm thinking really. No I just want a wet rag to play with Jesus h Christ lady. So she pointed at a bucket with water on top of the garbage can and said we keep them over there not letting me know that she can clean a table for us but just the location which was fine cause I already knew nobody there standing around was going to do it. Will we be back probably not it's been like this for years now and we took a shot in the dark which was an...
Read moreDoesn't matter what time of day or what day of the week you go, the drive threw is always painfully slow! And the majority of the time you get dried burnt left overs. Today I sat in the drive threw for 7 mins before I was even able to place my order. Another 4 mins after I placed my order I was finally able to pay. I then sat at the window watching the drive threw gal make plates for dining room customers. (I counted 5 other employees there at the time) 3 mins of more waiting and the gal returns to the window empty handed giving me a total for the car behind me. When I gave her a confused look she says "oh yea you already paid" closes the window on me and grabs a bag that had obviously been sitting there the entire time I waited at the window and hands it to me. They clearly need a new system to provide a better service to drive threw windows. It is like this everytime I go. Yet somehow the ones in tricities never take...
Read moreFrom a out of state perspective.....Stephanie was by far the hardest worker we have ever seen at any establishment. She was running while the rest were moseying along. I waited 15 min for them to take my order because they just felt zero urgency with a packed restaurant. I almost left till I realized what a absolutely struggle she was going through trying to keep the place running smooth. We watched her fill probably 20+ orders sweep the floor help other employees all in essentially hyper drive while the rest didn't fill but a few orders. I have never seen a completely unbalanced work environment as I did today. I can honestly say I wouldn't have wanted to return... She gave us hope that at least someone cares at...
