Burger King — Restaurant in College Place

WORST RESTAURANT IN WASHINGTON! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! The only thing that was right in our order for 3 ppl were the fries! We put a mobile order in and (naturally) went through the drive through to pick it up. We get to the speaker and we were told "Oh, we don't do that, you have to come in." Uh yes you do, do that bc we were able to place an order on the MOBILE app AND PAY ON THE APP! We reluctantly go inside where we are met with the rudest staff who could care less whether you get you food, let alone if your order is right. We get home and EVERYTHING is 100% wrong.

1. Order Dbl Whopper wit cheese, no pickle & a Dr Pepper. NO cheese, pickles on burger, flat Coke Zero..Bc we were told Coke zero was all they had..THE RESTAURANT HAS BEEN OPEN FOR A LITTLE OVER 2 WEEKS!
2. Ordered Spicy Chicken Sandwich, with sauce only with Dr Pepper. Got Spicy Chicken Sandwich with everything on it and flat Coke Zero.
3. Order Fish Sandwhich plain with cheese with Coke. Got Fish Sandwich everything on it, no cheese, flat Coke Zero. The fact that this BK has been open a little over 2 weeks does not bode well. Do yourself and/or your family a favor, take your money and business...

The icees are ALWAYS watery and foamy. The shakes are the same, minus the foam. They take FOREVER to get you your food. We had to pull to the front for just two ordered meals and a side of cheesy tots. And we ended up going inside and they actually forgot about us. I watched them put my order together once i asked about it. They are so slow and the food is bad compared to the Burger King across town. So disappointing. It’s bad quality fast food that isn't fast. Don't come here if you only have an hour for lunch, you'll spend most of it waiting. This isn't a one time issue either. Every time I come here it is the same. I thought it was a learning curve. This has to be the worst Burger King in the world. The employees here are totally incompetent., you are ignored from the moment you enter the building until they deem you worthy of any attention. Even after you have finally been acknowledged be prepared for a very long wait. The service here is excruciatingly slow waited 33 minutes for a simple burger and fries. Also ordered some drinks and asked for s drinks holder which appeared to be inconvenient to them and said drinks holder was literally tossed on the counter in front of me.
