Man I love Chipotle but this place does not have their stuff even remotely organized yet. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:10. Showed up at 7:10 and walked up to the counter. Said “hi I’ve got a mobile order for Ryan.” The employee responded with “not ready yet.” And then turned around and walked away. No further explanation. I figured, hey they’re busy I can wait a few minutes. I waited until 7:45 and still hadn’t received my food. There were at least 3 other people there who I talked to who had been there for 20+ minutes as well. The line at the drive through looked like it was shortening so I went outside and picked up my food in my car. I ordered my drink without ice and as I was driving away, the employee at the window said “who the ** gets a drink without ice?” No big deal normally, just frustrating after waiting for so long. To top off this terrible experience, food was cold by the time I finally got it. Chipotle should be disappointed in the way their business is currently being run. Pathetic.
Edit: Since I originally posted this, the team has managed to get their stuff together. The portions are much better and the service is kinder. Employees seem to be more at ease and less stressed as well. There are still some cleanliness issues and they are occasionally out of sides but all in all, it seems to be a regular old...
Read moreSeptember 22, 2023. When things settle down after one week being open, it should get better. I did noon time lunch and it was crowded AS EXPECTED. The line wrapped around the place but it moved. The interior space was surprisingly very small in comparison to other locations I have been at ——and not clean. The inside was very HOT and gotta say had lots and lots of flies. They need to be mitigated. —very uncomfortable: I ate outside where the garbage was piling up, no doubt encouraging the FLY convention partying inside. I had the burrito, THEY RAN OUT OF RICE. Both kinds brown and white. That’s a no-no and a cheap ingredient. They were skimpy on the meat and the burrito shell was “smallish” and too chewy. The lady in front of me was disappointed as they ran out of the veggie option for her burrito. After more than 20 years that the chain has been open, you can still count on paying extra for a splat of “up market” avocado in this day and age, and the liquified mexican sour cream (queso something). There are no tap drinks —all bottles and cans making it an expensive beverage price point. Especially in a town that does not recycle and I am not tree hugger. I got out of there for just under $18 and probably will not go back...
Read moreArrived 15min after they were supposed to be open, only to discover they were still closed. There were about 5 employees inside, doing prep work that I assume is usually done before opening. Opted to wait to see if they would open soon, and ended up waiting 5min before giving up and leaving. While I was waiting I saw a FedEx delivery man pull up, walk up and knock on the door with a package, only to have every single employee inside ignore him. He waited about a minute before leaving with the package. I get them not being ready for customers yet, but not a single employee could even be bothered to pick up a package? I returned another time and the burrito was the smallest I’ve ever gotten from a chipotle. Overall a real disappointment. Will not be returning to this location. There are far better options for Mexican...
