Subway — Restaurant in College Place

Just taking a moment to give Samantha, the Assistant Store Manager at Subway (located near Papa Murphys and Walmart), a huge shoutout. They had a ton of online orders to get through and a growing level of us in store. Unfortunately it was just her and one other girl doing everything. The other girl working seemed very, very new and Samantha looked like she was running full speed. We made sure to tell her she was doing a great job. An older gentleman ahead of us was hard of hearing and at one point his sandwich had to be remade, well after he had walked away from the counter. Samantha was very patient and corrected the issue immediately. There were 2 ahead of us when we walked in and another 8-10 behind us when we paid. We just ordered online, picked it up and they got the order wrong. The sandwiches didn't even get ate bethey literally were careless and was more worried about closing. Even though they weren't closed yet... we tried to get a cookie, he refused because he was counting the tilt. I highly don't recommend this Subway, they are careless, horrible customer service and are a disappointment. Hopefully the Subway head quarters see this because if you view the other ratings they are...

The Baristas treat every customer like a valued regular customer, really adding to that special small town vibe. They have practically a million different drink combinations. I have no idea how they memorize all the recipes, but you'll never run out of variety here. It can get packed with college students studying, but if you stick around, it usually thins out every 2 hrs or so. Buy the peanut butter...
