I purchased a sofa and table set from them for their Memorial Day Weekend sale when they had a promotion of 10% off any purchase. I told the salesperson I was interested in the offer and he showed me a couple sofas and table sets. After purchasing the furniture, walking back to my car I noticed on the receipt there was no discount applied so I went back to show them. They said that the sofa and tables I had purchased didn't apply to the offer. Did we forget that the first thing I told the salesperson was that I was interested in their sale? I liked the sofa and set I had chosen because it matched my decor so I decided to let it go.
As for scheduling my furniture delivery, it was nearly impossible to just get a scheduled time and after 3 different phone calls, I finally got a confirmation call from them at 9pm the night before the delivery---- a confirmation for the wrong time slot. I called to reschedule again because I wasn't available for that time and they told me I'd have to wait another week for their next available slot.
After 3 phone calls to schedule a time and 3 different assurances from 3 different employees that it would be delivered then, it wasn't delivered then. In fact, as I write this review, my sofa and table set STILL hasn't been delivered and it has been about 3 1/2 weeks now.
Don't do business with these people unless you want to be lied to repeatedly and jacked around by people who don't care if you ever GET your furniture, they just want to sell it to you and pray you don't return it because of their poor service. Which, by the way, if you did want to cancel your purchase, it'd be a 15% restocking...
Read morePurched a sectional in February, unfortunately they would not be able to have it delivered untill March. Well March came along and the day they were suppose to deliver they canceld due to the sofa being damaged so they had to order anothe one. On the side note I already gave away my old sectional so I was stuck with an empty livingroom. Had to reschedule for a few weeks later. Day arrives for them to deliver it and the couch is tore. So I started to inspect the sofa for anymore damage so when I reported it, it can all be in one ticket. I noticed it wasn't even a new sofa I waited for it was the one that was in store at the show room floor hint the tag. So I reached out to the sales man that week on the damaged sofa and I received no response from him. I called the store to see on how I would get it repaired and they passed the phone to him he I had multiple questions due to my purchase and it seems no one can give me a direct answer along the lines of they didn't have the info so they will have someone call me. It is now September and no one has reached out for my repairs or issues. I called the Acceptance now (finance company) to see if they can help me but the question I had I would have to call the store I purchased from. She did see some issue with my paper work so she was going to have her supervisor call me on there end to figure it out. A damnaged showroom floor couch that I received at a purchased of 1,497.94 is now going to cost me 3,651.84. Think I'm going to stick to furniture row at least I know the quality is better and I'm not getting the run around and paying double in the price from what...

We left the store in January 2025 really excited. The guy who helped us seemed great! We were buying two bedroom sets, a really expensive mattress, and an adjustable frame, so of course he was happy to help. He told us everything would come in two deliveriesâone within the week, and the rest two weeks later.
A week and a half later, we get a text to schedule the first deliveryâawesome. The mattress and frame arrived, so we figured the rest was coming soon, like he said.
Three and a half weeks later, our daughterâs bed finally gets delivered. The salesman told us it would be assembled during deliveryânope. The delivery guys said they just drop it off and leave.
Next, I get a call:
âBecause the bed frame is back-ordered until APRIL, do you want us to hold the nightstands so they arrive on the same date, or split the order?â
That was the first time anyone mentioned a back-order! The woman on the phone even apologized, saying the salesperson should have told us on day one.
We were given a new delivery date: âĄď¸ May 3 â got pushed to âĄď¸ May 31 â then again to âĄď¸ June 27 (because the rails for the bed were still back-ordered until June 20)
And when they finally show up⌠he had ordered the wrong bed.
Itâs now the end of Juneâsix months laterâand weâre STILL waiting on furniture we paid for in January.
Are we buying anything from Ashley again? Absolutely not. We really wanted this to be a good experience. We even gave them a chance despite hearing some not-so-great things. Turns out, all of...
