Chicken Express — Restaurant in College Station

I didn't actually catch her name while I was at the counter, but my receipt says Stephaune so that's what I'm gonna call her. BLESS. THAT. LADY. man I haven't been to a chicken express since I was in high school, and I feel like I was not making much sense as I tried to order. She was really cool about walking me through it and asking easy-to-understand questions. I also kept accidentally talking over her because I get stressed out when I don't know what I'm doing, and she didn't even seem phased by it. I think the world would be easier for people like me if every business had a person like her at the counter. As far as the food, yeah it's chicken express it's delicious, but it's the service that made this location...

This is the worst chicken spot ever. The food is mid and they do not season their chicken at ALL. No spicy option for chicken unless it’s for some tinders. Staff is lazy, they stop cooking food early just to not have to make more so if you come a few HOURS before closing good luck. Also the prices are absolutely ridiculous.

Worst part of the experience is that when they screw your food up. They need 10 proofs of purchase, your social security number and thumbprint if you want to get it fixed. They’ll act like you’re the reason their food is screwed up and act like they’ll lose millions of dollars if they have to replace a few pieces of chicken.

DO NOT eat here. I’ll be leaving the same review on DoorDash, uber...

Am I the only one tired of having my order repeated numerous times only to get home and have missing items? I ordered my husband the large liver/gizzard mix with green beans and slaw. I got the small gizzard. My order was correct but my husband's was missing the slaw and had no gizzards at all. The amount of livers amounted to a small order. There was a extra 3.00 charge for the large mix. I'm really frustrated, everything is going up in price yet you don't even get what you pay for. I called and ask for a manager. The guy said he was one of the managers but I doubt he was. He told me to come back. I'm already home so I'm not coming back...just silence after I said that. Very very...
