ALDI — Local services in Collierville

Not at all satisfied with productivity of Aldis. They are extremely understaffed, one person will be assigned to a task but have to run back and forth from their task and cashiering. The produce is horrible due the neglect of understaffing because they have to worry about the stock and cashiering so there isn’t anyone to change out the produce. They typically only have 1 cashier while the second is a back up who’s assigned to stock. How can you run a business when you have to stop from one thing to do another because of staffing/coverage/schedule issues and conflicts. The only good experience I have ever had was when I was carrying a box around with my two children and a employee gave me a quarter to go grab a basket. Businesses and poor management is what runs off good employees and it will cause this business to have a high turnover rate. This is my Aldi. It's really the only place I grocery shop. I love it! I keep a quarter and reusable grocery bags in my car at all times and swing in there when I need to. I love their products. I especially look forward to what I call the "stuff aisle". That's the seasonal non-food goodies that they get in each week. You have to look at the ads to see what's coming because supplies are limited. Their Aldi App is very handy for that as well. If you've never been, you really should give it a good try. It's worth it for the savings and the food really is good. My husband used to be a skeptic, but he's done the shopping there too and even brags on them now. The ONLY negative is that the lines can get long with usually only 1 register open...2...

I don't normally shop here but I went and casually exploring and was very impressed with the bag of frozen snow crab legs that I purchased. They turned out great and they were very affordable. I would like to be able to shop here more, but the only downside is they consistently or inconsistent in terms of products and Brands being in stock! I'm sure a lot of other people have the same problem. If you're looking to shop and save, this is a no-brainer. But, if you're looking for something specific, you may not always be able to find it here. Kroger is more reliable than my opinion for consistent...
