Very unprofessional! I pulled up to the drive-thru at 10:12 pm. They. close at 10:30. There was only one car behind me and about 6 cars ahead of me. The car in front of me had a long order. It took them over five minutes to order. When I pulled up to the little speaker to order at 10:22 pm and I got an automated message telling me they were closed. I waited in line for 10 minutes. There was only one car behind me. I understand that they were closing and at some point they need to stop taking orders, but what should have happened was someone should have walked out and put a cone behind the car that was behind me since that person was there at least 10 minutes too. If I pull up at 10:22 pm and you tell me your drive-thru is closed, I really couldn’t get upset. I would understand. But to make me wait ten minutes and then tell me you’re closed when its time for me to order is unacceptable. I will have a hard time supporting this business in the future. I will take my business somewhere else.

I must say that I’m very impressed. The owner actually responded back to me in less than 24 hours. He told me he has addressed this issue. I think it’s only fair for me to update this review and let everyone know. We ate there a few weeks ago and the food was great. This was the first time we used the drive through. We were leaving the hot air balloon jamboree and my wife and kids wanted to eat there. There were very few places open so it was sort of a no brainer. I got upset because we were all tired and I had to figure out what to feed my family. I didn’t want McDonalds. We really didn’t want to make something at the house either. Sorry, but I am not a fan.

I went yesterday and everything was wrong. Ordered 3 chicken strips with honey mustard and an oreo shake. Seems simple enough, right? The guy taking the order repeated it back wrongly (you wanted a chocolate shake? NO, Oreo). Told him just 3 chicken fingers, not the combo - and I have a coupon for the milkshake. He gave me a price of $12 something and told me to drive to the window - $12 for 3 chicken fingers?

Got to the window and told her about the coupon for the shake. After trying 2 or 3 times to enter in the code, she had to get the manager to enter it. Then she gave me the bag and in it was a combo, after I had specifically told him I only wanted 3 chicken fingers. The cashier couldn't do the refund herself and had to get the manager...but since we were running late, my husband just said we'll keep it and asked for lemonade.

Pulled off and looked in the bag - no ketchup, no napkins. The toast on top was burnt. The fries were hot but not the best tasting, and I sure wish I'd had ketchup. The chicken fingers were hot, but were dry and the chicken itself unsalted. I tried to smother them with honey mustard, but they only give you 1 small container of dip unless you pay for another one. The oreo milkshake was only filled 3/4 of the way and was hardly blended. My husband took one sip of the lemonade and says ewww, this is horrible! I tasted it and he was right - not sweet, watery, just not good at all.

As expensive as this place is, you would think the quality of the food...

Thank You Mr. Spencer !!!! I ate here today and it was so good !!!! This is my favorite location !!!! Spencer always makes my visit worth the drive. I always went to Southaven MS from Cordova because he always made my visit worth every gas fume. I live in Cordova TN near Houston Levee and Macon. I eat at this location. It has been a while since I came here due to my new job. Early around 2 pm Corey helped me at the register. He greeted me when I came in and smiled. He was a great listener and he was patient with me and all my questions. Great Employee !!!! I came back and met Miss Brittany at the register. She Welcomed me to SLIM Chickens and greeted me with a big smile too !!! She too was a great listener!!!! She had patience too. You all are doing something right up here. I will definitely be coming back more often. Spencer made sure I got my food hot and the way I like it with that crispy crunch !!!! During my visit Mr. Reese brought my food to me. He got me an extra honey bbq sauce. He was a powerhouse!!! He has energy!!! That is one employee that was always on the move like Spencer !!!! They NEVER be still. Now Reese, You will not find him doing nothing. He is always productive! The employees here today kept the environment tidy and clean constantly.
