I came in with 3 year old son while we were walking downtown. I popped in so I could ask a question about tire replacement. When I asked about having the tires changes on my bike, he asked me what kind of bike I rode (a sportbike) to which the worker laughed and and said "I'm sorry about that". Then they told me they do not change tires on sportbikes. The worker then looks at my son who is doing nothing wrong just standing next to me and tells him not to touch anything with his sticky hands as if he was scolding him. I bought a motorcycle from this business back in October of 2019. The buying experience was smooth. Since then I have tried to be a loyal customer I tried letting them do the upgrades on my Harley and they refuse to work on a M8. I have called to try and buy rims and front forks I get put on the back burner and never get a call back. I have tried to schedule a service. We are tied up and I will call you back. Never calls.
