T3 Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Collinsville

Exploring downtown Collinsville, and happened to stumble across this coffee roaster/deli. My spouse ordered a honeybee, and I ordered a bonfire hot Cocoa.

Drink breakdown: The honeybee is exceptionally well flavored and balanced. Note, a small is actually very small. The price is on point in comparison to other coffee shops, and or drink stops in general.

The bonfire, hot cocoa is a less creamy, smooth, hot chocolate with unique flavor flavors in a tea blend. Highly recommended for a unique drink option, strongly suggested as a hot beverage.

Furthermore, the interior offered great seating, a modern cabin design with an outdoor patio on the second floor. Connect for, chess, books, art pieces, small shopping, selection, and other amenities such as free Wi-Fi make this a great stop in the heart of downtown Collinsville.

My only available critique are on two things; the roasters are quite loud so for a family dining in or wanting to experience this you are still able to talk amongst each other, but the noise level is elevated. Secondly, there wasn’t a great welcoming upon walking in, but the barista was very friendly and...

Wowee! Collinsville is already pretty cool, but this new coffee shop takes it to another level. Excellent espresso - Carson pulled me a nice double shot - Delizioso! I also had a cup of good old fashioned drip another day, and it was perfectly brewed. As far as I can tell, everything is being done with the utmost commitment to coffee snobbery 😎 They roast it all themselves, with painstaking care. No frappes or blended drinks, (not that there’s anything wrong with those :))

If you are a “real” coffee drinker, these are your people. Even if you’re not, what a treat to enjoy such quality. It truly speaks for itself!

In-house ambience is nice too, warm and inviting with lots of seating, and I’m told the owners want people to come chill and/or work from here, linger, make it your new hangout.

I also grabbed a bag of the roasted El Burro and some of the stellar artisan vanilla syrup to flavor my cuppas at home. So yummy....

Well…WOW! Excellent coffee drinks prepared by a friendly talented barista.

The drinks exceeded our expectations by several levels, as did the service. A mocha for me. I only asked for a mocha. I got mocha perfection. An equal balance of delicious coffee and chocolate flavors, not drowned in milk or sickening sweet. My wife had the Cardinal Delight: Coffee, vanilla, cinnamon and honey. Exceptionally good.

A beautiful interior, with the delicious fragrance of coffee roasting, relaxing, waste the morning here. The best cups of coffee that we have had in Oklahoma! Get beans to go. We left with two bags.
