I recently discovered Heather B's Sweets in Collinsville, Oklahoma, and it's now my official go-to bakery! The hot chocolate cupcakes are irresistibly moist, topped with the most delightful buttercream frosting, sprinkles, and marshmallows – a heavenly treat. The cinnamon brownies with churro-like frosting are a game-changer; they're the best brownies I've ever tasted!

During the Christmas season, their holiday sugar cookies add a festive touch, and the warm, cozy ambiance of the shop, tucked away on Collinsville Main Street, makes the experience even more delightful. Heather, the owner, was incredibly friendly and sweet to me and my two children. A lovely surprise was the complimentary drip coffee for all customers, adding an extra layer of joy to the visit. Wonderful sweets,huge chocolate chip cookies, Heather bakea me some butter cookies as good as my mom, her fruit cups are first class an aren't.loaded with sweetner but taste the natural sweet of the fruit. Better than a 5 star restaurant. Her sandwiches are fresh an hits the spot for lunch. My hubby loves her banana pudding. I Promise you will love her creations, you will become a reg. I love Heather and her bakery! She’s such a kind person and the food she makes is unique, delicious, and made with love. I go nearly every Wednesday to pick up a delicious lunch that is an excellent deal at around $10 for half soup and half sandwich/chicken salad/or salad plus and slice of delicious home made bread, a cookie, and a drink.
