I purchased a Janome Continental M7 from O Sew Personal ONLINE ONLY. I had the BEST experience EVER. So I purchased the machine from them as a floor model, and as always my credit card company tried to decline because they of course thought it was fraudulent charges. I assured them it was not and so I called O Sew Personnel and of course I got personal service. They said they would check and make sure the sale went through and call me back. They absolutely called back within 30 minutes assured me the machine would be shipped next day if not that day. I received the machine and a note telling me what was missing and it was on order from Janome and they would ship it to me when they received it. Next day I emailed and told them two other items were missing. No problem they would mail those as well. I received All Missing Items in a timely fashion. on 5/6 talked to employee who told me that I could bring in my quilt and it would be 2 cents an inch to quilt it on long arm machine and it would take a couple of weeks..when I brought my top in today I was told that they didn't do long arm quilting for you but I could learn how to do that myself....why would an employee give me all the pertinent information and then be told 3 days later they didn't do that...i don't want to learn long arm quilting and pay to learn it at that...but what I really don't appreciate is a business who has no idea what goes on between employees...stay away from...

We are working very hard to become proficient enough with the long arm machine to be able to offer a product that we will be proud for you to have in your home.
