Some of the best and simplest audio products from some of the best and friendliest people! I have been using their ODAC and O2 amp since the early days (towards the tail-end of the NWAVGUY era, which was late 2013 I believe? Early 2014?).
Their products are solidly built and sound... well... transparent in a nutshell! My audio system NEVER feels bottlenecked no matter how high-end or low-end I go. There is just something special about these products in particular that does this and it reels me back in every time I try other products from other companies of supposedly higher quality. I’m extremely interested in the engineering that goes on to create these products and make them as transparent as they are.
I’m interested in getting their newer stuff just to try it out and maybe buy it after trying it out. I’m sure I could keep going on and on about how their products sound.
Their customer support is the most responsive, transparent, and tentative of any audio company I have ever come across. I just wish this practice of being tentative to their customers was adopted as a business standard by other companies in the audio business.

I purchased the Atom Amp and Atom DAC to power my DT 990 Pro 250-ohm headphones for gaming on both console and PC. I’ve enjoyed countless sessions and JDS Labs has given me many days of enjoyment powering my headset.
Some things we take for granted like simply waking up every day but today, I’m not taking John for granted. I recently had an issue with my Atom Amp, so I called JDS Labs. John himself answered the phone. I explained the problem, and he immediately told me why it was happening. Without hesitation, he said, “No problem, Rich. We will send you a new replacement today.”
I was amazed and more than happy. John didn’t mention anything about being out of warranty he was incredibly kind and helpful.
