Loyal customer, but highly disappointed due to bad experiences I do not recommend going to Laura Buick for auto service repairs whatsoever and they're extremely slow. January 28 2025 I took my car in for a scheduled oil change at 9am on my day off from work and I told the service advisor that lately my car was stopping while I'm driving so he said that it need a fuel induction done so I said ok.. I sat in the lobby area and watched so many people come and go, mind you they was greeted, and asked if they needed anything, something to drink..Not one time did anyone acknowledge me or ask me if I needed something..I sat there for hours waiting and finally around 3pm my car was ready I paid $407.65..They told me that everything checked out good, green is good, but sent me a video of my car having a leak..I asked them about the leak and was told they're not sure where it's coming from, so i said well how it it good if there'sa leak?...I told them my car wasn't leaking before this and there was no leak in my garage where I park my car. The advisor said they didnt cause the leak and that there was build up..I was so in shock because my car never leaked before..I drove back home and now my car is slowly leaking in my garage so I called Laura Buick service advisor same person and told him about my car and he told me to bring the car back so they can clean the oil off my car.. I was told they won't charge me to clean off my car and I went back home yet I have a car that leaks now. February 3 2025 car would not start up, I called the dealership they came and jumped my car. They said my battery was bad and they did that the Turbocharger oil supply line was leaking, and was told that both upper strut mounts was loose and that my car needed 4 Wheel Alignment I paid $1,545.59. They also told me to bring the car back for a follow up to make sure there's no additional leaks. February 12 2025 my car started to shake again and I could barely get the speed up to 25mph so I took my car back to the dealership with no appointment, the service technician checked the car and said it seems to be normal and drove it for 18 Miles and told me that this was traction control so I drove back home February 26 2025 my car was leaking more frequently so I called Laura Buick service advisor and told them, they asked me what color was the fluid, a light brown color..I was told to bring it in and they'll do another diagnosis on it to see what's going on. The Service Advisor told me that Coolant needed immediate attention, and said if i couldn't afford to get it fix now that i would just need to fill the engine oil up weekly and keep an eye on it. The diagnosis report showed that i need the Coolant Outlet and Engine Oil Cooler needed to be repair. So i told them to let me talk it over with my husband because we had already paid so much and this repair was even more costly..So i left because my husband was at work and i couldn't reach him in time. March 5 2025 the car was leaking even more so i called and spoke to a Service Advisor and asked them what type of coolant does my car take and i asked them who carries it and said most auto places carries that brand..I took the car to O'Reilly and customer fix said not to mess with the coolant...So i called Laura both Service Advisor and told him what what was said so they told me to bring my car in, I told them to go ahead and fix both the Coolant and the Engine Oil Coolant. While service had my car they said now my car is leaking from the Oil Galley Plug I asked them what my total for all 3 things to be fixed I paid $3,561.76. March 18 2025 my car stared shaking again, but this time the engine light came on so I immediately took the car back to Laura Buick and they said that the engine light was not on and that my car was not shaking, so they replaced both coil packs and spark plugs and I paid $612.55. After I got the car back now it vibrates all the time, but I have yet to tell the dealership because I paid too much and been up there way too many times. Grand...
Read moreAwful experience not even going to lie. Nothing handled with care. What so ever. Jason J and Justin S literally did everything wrong by me. From start all the way through. These people okiedoked me. Don’t expect any kind of dealership experience from this place. I mean what kind of dealership tells you they have a GRAND Cherokee for you runs your credit before you even go the hour and half to see it to find out it’s just a Cherokee. Then I ask do you have any grand Cherokee’s and Justin (the salesmen) says I don’t know do we? All while he stays glued to his phone. Not even making eye contact one time. I still test drove the Cherokee because they went through the trouble of pulling it out. It was filthy and let’s not forget the WRONG CAR! Then they bring a grand Cherokee up (filthy) Justin got off the phone line enough to put plates on the car to test drive. He hands the keys over and that is the strongest narrative I can give of my full interaction with Justin that day except for when I pointed out a small paint spot on the back seat, he said they would clean it up. There was no connecting or conversation. At this point the experience was garbage. This place doesn’t care about what you want or need they just have volume. So I had to pay for them car and wait a week for them to fix hail damage. I get a call that it’s done come pick it up. So we leave work early to get all the way up there to find there are scrapes and still hail damage. They did try to clean the white paint spit on the black leather because it left a bleached ring 50 times bigger than the paint spot and the paint still there.. This is where Jason comes in. After having us wait an hour. He finally comes to get us for a we owe. Says they will Contact me in a week to get it back in to have all these things fixed. Two months later. I go back up leave. Next day they call that it’s done at 4:26p. So I wait until next morning to come back and get it. Scrapes were less visible one dent gone, but guess what… paint is still there with the bleached ring and all. So whatever, at this point, I don’t have to deal with this ridiculous place anymore, it’s not worth trying to do anything. Then I go to title this car and guess what NOW THEY ARE FILLING OUT WRONG ZIP CODES, WRONG COUNTIES, etc. while at the license bureau and hour and half away from Laura Buick collinsville the girl says yeah this is like The sixth error THIS WEEK I have had from Collinsville. I call to get this affidavit that I now have to get just to license my car and Jason is out of office. I’m telling you as I will always tell everyone as long as I live, stay away from Laura Collinsville! Sullivan is ok, just definitely not Collinsville. They are liars and do not care about providing a positive dealership customer experience. Laura Collinsville has wasted SO much of my time and ruined personally my first ever dealership purchase experience. They don’t even deserve a star but you have to give one...
Read moreI searched all over for the truck I wanted and found it here. Made a deal with the salesman to include shipping to me as I'm 12½ hrs away at 4pm on Wednesday. Gave him what he asked for to hold the truck until we could get the paperwork completed the next day. He said he'd call me the next morning to get everything straight. Did NOT hear from him. I finally called at 2pm on Thursday and spoke to a really nice lady who informed me that my salesman was off on Thursdays (no problem. Everyone needs days off) and asked if I'd like to speak to a sales manager. I left the manager a voicemail. Then Friday, my salesman calls and says he is sending paperwork for signatures. I finally received the info. for e signatures around 5pm or so Friday evening. I also got word then that they would be sending paperwork overnight for signatures for shipping. That paperwork didn't arrive to me until Tuesday. Upon receiving this, I signed and immediately returned overnight as we are at 6 days from the beginning of the whole ordeal. Then Wednesday around 4:30pm (exactly 1 week after making the deal) I received a phone call from the shipping department verifying the delivery address only to tell me that I should receive my truck within the next 5 to 7 business days!! I explained to him that, although not his fault, I thought it was absolutely ridiculous that in 2025 it takes 2 weeks to purchase and deliver a vehicle that's only a 12½ hr drive from my location. I told him that this is a truck for my business and I needed it asap. He explained that most of the time it's delivered quicker than that, but that was their standard response time. He did offer to credit the shipping and let me come pick it up. I asked him if he could let me know when he thought it would actually be delivered before I made arrangements to come get it myself. He said he would check in the morning and call me back to let me know. Here it is Sunday night and I haven't heard a word from the shipping department. Also, the sales manager has never returned my call either. As a small business owner myself, I can't believe the lack of communication with this whole process. I never treat my customers like this. Even if I have to tell them something they don't want to hear, I at least communicate with them to try and work out the best solution for both parties. Hopefully I will receive my truck this week sometime as Friday would be the 7th business day. Stay tuned.... Received my truck today. It is exactly what I was looking for. After some miscommunication between myself and this dealership everything processed smoothly. Wade was a first class salesman and was on top of his portion of the sale. I will definitely be shopping here again. Truck actually showed up cleaner than expected for being 12½ hrs away. Shout out to the delivery...
