I went to this location today placed 2 separate orders. I was told after me and my mom paid for the food that there would be a 15-20 minute wait. That should have been stated prior to me paying for the food in the drive thru. Also I'm still confused as to how me and my mom's order were the exact same price. She had 2 extra sides I think only had one and then you could barely see the ink on the receipt but I waited and when the food was brought to my car it was just handed to me the worker didn't state sorry for the inconvenience, have a nice day anything she handed it to me and walked off. I checked both my order and my mom's order and we were missing a mashed potato. I went inside stated that I was missing a mashed potato and one of the workers a different worker again just handed it to me didn't state sorry about that have a nice day didn't ask for a receipt either. Once I made it back to the car my mom looked at the chicken and stated that they had given both of us all legs. Usually when you order a 3 piece dark you get 2 thighs and a leg and sometimes a wing not all legs. So I had to go back in to have them give us what we paid for. Again it was not stated that they only had all legs. I stated to them that I had all legs and wanted atleast a thigh or a wing. One worker stated that that was all they had and that if I wanted more pieces it would be another wait. Another worked walked up with an attitude saying it's going to be a wait then when asked how long of a wait she didn't know. She walked off threw her hand at me as if she didn't care. I then stated that she was about to piss me off. How do you have an attitude when you all messed up my order! I stated didn't you all just make me wait 20 minutes for chicken you don't have any other pieces available they stated no. One worker went to the back to ask another worker who was frying the chicken how long of a wait would it be she stated 3 minutes I waited and ended up with a thigh leg and a wing which was fresh I have no complaints about the chicken only the workers. Very unprofessional, no customer service skills and even after making two trips in there and having to wait even longer no one ever stated I'm sorry for the inconvenience thank you have a nice day, here is a free drink or chicken for the inconvenience. What's even crazier is another customer who was parked next to us was waving at us asking if we came there alot and I stated no. She stated that she had a bad experience the first time coming and was having a bad experience today and she stated that she would not be back at that location. (Already paid for it keep in mind) We went to pick it up and went through the drive thru. Told the woman taking the order that we're here to pick up an online order. She said ok pull up to the window. We pull up and this young girl tells us $27 something. My husband was like no ma'am we already paid for it online. She rolled her eyes, closed the window, talked to a coworker while pointing at us came back opened the window handed us our food then closed the window. No thank you or anything.
2nd time which was tonight. Ordered again online. Was told that the food would be ready at 8:05pm. So we get there at 7:50. All the lobby lights are off, drive thru lighting off, there's a small sign that says temporary hours 12pm till 8pm. (On a Friday busy night right? ) so we pull up to the window. Dealt with the same girl from the first time. She opened the window and said we're closed then tried to close the window. My husband was like we ordered online. She said we don't have any online orders. Even though we paid for it already. The manager confirmed at first there wasn't any online orders. Said again we already paid for it and got the confirmation. Then I guess I finally hit her and she says. "Oh that order yeah we ran out of fish early in the day". Made no attempt to reach out saying I'm sorry but we ran out of fish can we replace it with something else. So I asked for a refund. The young girl shut the window again quickly walked over to the manager came back told us we can do it through the app then closed the window and walked away. I looked through the app and there's nothing on there about a refund except to call the store. We tried to get their attention again for assistance but was ignored. So we drove off and called customer service which was helpful. I strongly recommend eating somewhere else where the workers treat you with a little respect instead of acting like you're bothering them cause you're interrupting their conversations. Never again will we going back there.

Read moreThere was much confusion when we gave the order, they said things that I didn’t understand. Finally, once the order was finished, and they gave us the total, I pulled around and we waited for a very long time for three people. It seemed to work on my order. I received the drink without a straw, then a little while later someone else handed me out a bag. In this bag was my meal in a box, which was tipped sideways, in addition to the two extra sides that I got, both tipped sideways. Thankfully, there was no mess. I sat there and went through my order, looking at it to make sure it all seemed correct, but then realized we didn’t have any silverware. So I asked for some and they gave it to me. I pulled ahead and pulled out some thing to eat and realized that I didn’t have the sauce as I had asked for. The sauces which caused all the confusion at the ordering station. So I pulled back through and ask them for sauces, and three people tried to figure out where the sauces were, how many to give me, and who should give me the sauces. I took them and drove away. There was never any apology. Either time that I told them they forgot to give me some thing. They barely even looked at me. so away I went.. I decided I’d like a drink of my tea that I ordered and realized already on the road that I did not have a straw. So amongst my order that was sideways, there were no straw, silverware, or sauces, nor did I get napkins. I didn’t even mention the food which was terrible. Granted, I hadn’t had Popeyes for a long time, and it was going to be a treat for me. But it was no treat. The chicken was rubbery, the beans and rice, no joke, tasted like they had Robitussin mixed into them, and the breading was barely flavored. The sweet heat sauce just tasted like oil. The one thing that was good about the visit was the strawberry biscuits. Those are very good, but not good enough to go to Popeyes again, amongst all the rest of the mess. Very...
