Jennifer Honey coordinated our group of 12 through each step of our Carnival Cruise vacation: from the initial comparing prices stage, booking process, monthly payments, boarding the boat, during our trip, and all the way down to our return home she was quick to respond, attentive, and provided us with all of the knowledge we could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. We had the best time together and made memories that will last us a lifetime - thank you Jennifer!

I wanted to specifically point out some situations that we ran into that Jennifer was able to quickly resolve for us - she made our vacation stress free and handled everything!

Last minute (just a few weeks before our departure), one of our group members backed out of our trip. While we were all freaking out, Jennifer was so helpful and ended up being able to get her spot on the boat replaced with another friend of ours so that the money/spot didn't go to waste! She also reached out to our member who backed out to discuss her options. This was beyond a lifesaver for us.

During our monthly payments leading up to our trip, we had 12 people paying with 12 different cards!! Jennifer worked with each of us directly to coordinate payment plans that worked for each individual. We appreciated her diligence to each of us and our unique situations.

Amanda without a doubt is the reason we had a wonderful first family vacation to Disney World! I was very overwhelmed at the idea of planning this vacation and all of the things I didn’t know about Disney. I had heard rumors of reservations and lightning lanes and felt like it was a different language. Thankfully my husband’s coworker recommended Amanda and from the beginning, she put us at ease and gave me immediate confidence that she knew exactly what she was doing and was going to make sure we did too. From picking a time of year to travel to booking our dream hotel and getting us a several hundred dollar discount, Amanda’s insight and knowledge was exceptional. She gave us invaluable tips for navigating the parks to make the absolute most of our time and investment. She took care of all of our dining reservations, knowing the perfect days and times to book. She had the best advice on how to use our dining plan, from what snacks were worth it to the best quick service restaurants. She had so many tips on what rides to do when, what was worth a lightning lane and what wasn’t and how to get a great spot in the virtual que. A family overheard us talking about our spot in line for Tiana's Bayou Adventure and asked how we were able to secure just a great place in the virtual line. Amanda, that's how! We did 18 rides on our Magic Kindgom day before dinner, all because of Amanda’s expert advice. She was always available to answer questions, no matter how silly they seemed. I’m planning a last minute vacation. As fun as last minute trips are they’re very stressful to plan. I want to stay in Orlando FL and see both disney/universal. I haven’t been to disney since 2018! A lot has changed since then. With it being so last minute I didn’t know where to start with the trip being a week from today. With having to find a decent hotel and getting tickets to both disney/universal I figured it’d be best to get help from a trip expert! Today I spoke with Josh. If it wasn’t for him I think I would have to delay my trip to a couple months from now. He helped me so much that I just had to write this review!Words cannot describe how thankful I am for his help! I was very stressed finding a hotel and tickets for not only in my budget. but what i’m specifically looking for & need. When I first spoke to him I was impressed with how much he knew about Orlando!! He could answer any question you have about disney. I don’t think there’s a question he can’t answer. If i knew about trip advising a while ago I would’ve called every time! As many trip advisors sites there are they can help you but probably not answer as much questions concerning disney. He did everything he could to help me get everything done in just one day and answer all my questions. He found a perfect package deal for what kind of hotel i’m looking for and a 3 day park to park ticket with 2 days free at Universal Studios.
