Absolutely terrible. If you are not a regular they will brush you off and claim not to have cards.

Drop a list of cards off to Zac about 10-20 Called him back 4 hours later and he says he hasn't had the time to find my cards.

Will definitely not return. Go to the card shop in fairview heights instead. LOTUS Lookout where they actually find my cards.

CLAIMED NOT To have "Sol Rings" or any of the other cards I asked for....??? How when half of the store is storage and inventory. All those loose card but yet you don't have none of the ones I need?? Seems like Zach just didn't feel like it.

I waited in front of the counter for 20 minutes and watched Zach sell a pack of cards to someone else who walked in after me. There was aboute 5 people in the shop no event or tournaments. So I hope I was "Clear" enough for you...

I wanted to get back into magic but 1 visit to this shop reminded me how absolutely ridiculous the MTG...

Just passing through the area on vacation and we found this gem! The stock is varied and staff are very friendly and welcoming. As an RPG player, the decor made the entire experience even more inviting. The store has a medieval tavern feel that sets the store apart from any other we've visited - especially the back area set up to mimic a D&D themed tavern complete with Owlbear, Ilithid, and Beholder heads on the wall. The space is accessible with a wheelchair ramp into that slightly lower level. Game selection is great, and staff are still working hard to make the place even more incredible. Ask for a tour and the manager will happily show you around. Snack and beverage purchase options for visitors and in-store players are excellent. Would love to pack this place up and take it...

Updated: Almost like a completely different store since the last time I visited in regards to customer-service. I came in looking for the new Commander 2021 decks, and was greeted right as I walked in and shown where they were. Staff was very helpful, answered all of my questions and were eager to look up prices for me. Definitely redeemed in my eyes, can't wait to come back!

Original: Don't know if I came on an off day compared to the other reviews, but I received 0 customer service. The staff spent the whole time talking to each other and a group of friends.
