STAY FAR AWAY!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS PRACTICES I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS!! When I called their establishment after I was informed that they money I paid them for storage was actually not required because the storage was free. I was hung up on twice and told to "get a life and stop playing on their phone." Purchased a washer and dryer that I had them to deliver to my new home. They were 5 hours late, used a rusty dolly that stained my new carpet, and marked up my walls. Lied about damaging the walls even though I literally watched them make the marks with the dolly! Terrible business practices. The washer and dryer were purchased in January and placed in a storage. However, when I opened the dryer it smelled awful and the filter had hair and lint all on it. The washer smelled as if a load had just been washed! They charged me for installation but did not even properly or fully install the washer! I had to install the drain hose and secure it myself! I am a first time home buyer and the level of blatant disrespect, rudeness, and lack of integrity I have endured has tainted my experience. This has been a complete NIGHTMARE!!! Bought a new in plastic wrap scratch and dent refrigerator heavily discounted and with some pretty significant side/back damage and minor front damage. I negotiated a better price with a 3 day warranty rather than paying their asking price with 30 day warranty. Love my new fridge. The staff was friendly and courteous. The store could use some cleaning and organization which is the only reason I did not provide a 5 star rating. Definitely would recommend these guys. DO NOT under any circumstance purchase any new refrigerators from here. They are priced cheaply because they are Manufacturing Defects and could not be sold to the public by them. We found this out after the 2018 Frigidaire we purchased in April 2019 started to not keep food cold enough for safe storage at Thanksgiving 2019. It was missing the model stickers which are always found on the inside. These are pulled by manufacturer when deemed defective. We paid a $100 to hopefully have fixed the problem.
