I recently had the pleasure of working with Ben, the owner of A Matter of Hacks, and I can’t say enough about how remarkable he was throughout the entire process. Despite my constant calls to add new things to the project and my barrage of questions, Ben went above and beyond to keep costs affordable while maintaining exceptional quality. His patience and dedication to ensuring I was satisfied were truly unmatched, and it’s clear he takes pride in delivering top-notch work without breaking the bank. The level of care and attention he provided made the experience stress-free and enjoyable, which is rare to find these days.

Beyond the outstanding service, Ben and his team made me feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated from start to finish. They even rolled out the red carpet for my Frenchie, Dallas, who was treated like part of the family. It’s refreshing to come across a shop that still values its customers and prioritizes quality craftsmanship. A Matter of Hacks has earned my loyalty, and I’ll definitely be back for future projects. We need more businesses like this—10/10, highly recommended, and I promise I’m not a bot!

I explained to Lisa that I really missed having a Guitar Hero on Nintendo DS and they both made it happen for me!

Lisa communicated to me what they could do and what they had in terms of Nintendo DS games. They both made sure my DS was working properly, too.

My husband and I finally visited their store to pick up my DS and Ben gave us a warm welcome. Their store is just so interesting and I am so impressed that Ben designed that Mario counter with his own two hands.

We enjoyed looking through their consoles and games, that we bought two Game Cube controllers and a Nintendo DS Bejeweled game as well.

My Nintendo DS is working fine and I play it almost everyday!

when I asked about the modifications he does to the consoles, he couldnt tell me enough about it, i could tell he has a real passionfor his craft! The fact that he let's you test the modded consoles before you buy them or even just hang out and game for a little bit if there's down time is awesome. Ben is super educated and loves helping people first, his prices are incredibly fair all around on everything!. Out of every game store in COS I would shop here EXCLUSIVELY because the people, the prices, and the environment, is something you cant find at any other local video game store right now. I could've talked to the guy till he closed shop lol. I had such a pleasant experience and I recommend anyone who enjoys video games at least stop in and see what he...
