Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt Dublin Commons — Local services in Colorado Springs

Came in with my son n wife a while back. Workers were just hanging out instead of working. I started to fill a cup but only half the flavors were available nothing without nuts becauae my son is allergic. so I only got maybe 6 or 7 table spoons after my wife told me they all had nuts. I decided to just pay for it anyways so I wasn't wasteful. However they charged me 8.95 i said that wasn't right they were trying to weigh it and the scale kept saying .99 cents .79 cents. 99 back n forth . They said the scale had been acting up for a while. 3 or 4 times they weighed it then It said 8.95 they were like okay that's better. But .. I commented on facebook about this but my response on there was because of inflation so I'm assuming you guys must charge about 25 or 29 dollars for 1 full container. Because I only filled mine less than 20%. We went to yo yogurt its 5.95 for a jam packed container. I'm glad Menchies is now in Colorado Springs. I was hoping that this location would be like the others that I have visited and enjoyed. It was not the same due to employees cleaning up after my every step in the shop. When I sample a flavor, an employee was behind me ready to clean up. When I was at the toppings, an employee was behind me ready to clean up. When I went to the restroom, the mop and water was ready outside of the restroom. When I was eating my yogurt I saw employees wiping down the machines, windows, counters, and waffle maker. I do love to go to clean establishments, but the cleaning here was intense. I understand that the owner wants to keep everything looking new, but maybe do it at times business is slow. I visited twice and both times, the cleaning...

My wife and I come here every Monday ($7 cups). We came in to no employees at 5:15pm, they came out 5 minutes later. We filled our frozen yogurt cups and the employee tried to charge full price (until I mentioned the $7 Monday). We sat down around 5:25-5:30 to have our sundaes. We were sitting there as the employee started closing up. (Closing time was 9 or 9:30p)I understand cleaning the machines and counters, but shutting the music and lights off first is just rude.
