Most people that know me would never see as speechless and never one to waste words. This time almost speechless but no waste of words for sure. I know most have heard it said that if it sounds too good to be true then it is. There are always exceptions to the rules and this Snooze team at Dublin and the Pueblo manager and set up team are it. Adele our sales persons personality, cordiality, genuine sincerity and caring mannerism with in-depth knowledge was a very special part of our Snooze experience. It was clear that she was her adamant concern was not to make a sell but our satisfaction and what would be most beneficial in our investment financially and physically. Our experience excelled in excellence as we had opportunity to work personally with Dane the Pueblo General Manager, his setup team Ty and Evan. Their most graceful spirit, business ethics, unparalleled customer service and great teamwork left us with one of the most enjoyable experiences we had making it more than just a mere sell and business transaction. Read moreI ordered a Nectar mattress and Tempurpedic pillow from this store on Dec. 28th, 2022. I paid for delivery of the items and haul away of my old mattress. I was told 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called and was told it was coming they would call me. I waited 2 more weeks... no call. I waited until Jan. 31 and tried to call. The phone number for the store no longer works. I called another store and was given a personal cell number of an employee. I called and that number went to voice mail. I called the other store back and was told they would look into it. I did not receive a call back until almost 8 pm that night. I was told there was nothing they could do because the owner was out of town in Las Vegas, and that they would call me soon. No call all week. I waited until today Saturday, February 4th and tried again. Stores phone still does not work. Again I am given another cell number to call. Told there is nothing they can do because it is SATURDAY. 2 hours later my mattress shows up on my doorstep delivered by UPS! SO, I got the mattress but still no pillow and I have paid $109 delivery/ haul away fee...

Negatives: the delivery experience was terrible. The first time the delivery people didn’t show up. I called the store and spoke with Louis who said the reason the delivery people didn’t show up was because it snowed. Therefore, they reschedule for a later date, but the second time they were supped to deliver our mattress and box spring they didn’t show up again. I again called the store and Louis informed me the delivery people went to Trinidad, CO and didn’t make it to my delivery in Colorado Springs, CO. The third time the delivery people finally delivered my mattress and box spring and hour late. I decided we didn’t want the box spring, called the store and scheduled a return delivery. However, the delivery people didn’t show up again so I called the store, spoke with Louis who said the delivery people forgot and they had to reschedule.
